I have neither been notified or provided with any proof that [redacted] has been taken off my account or disassociated from my social security number. Additionally, while [redacted] with Navient promised to mail me my account information I did not receive it. Instead, what I recieved in the mail was a notice regarding my consent to withdraw from receiving my W2 statement electronically. I did not give my consent for that and it was not what I had asked for. While I did receive some of my account information via email, it was not my a full summary of my accounts and read more like a bill outlining onot my previous payment, balance on only my 2 loans in repayment, and the due date of my next payment. While I appreciate that, it's not exactly what I have been asking for and I'm confused about what I've been sent in the mail. I have not been restored online access to my accounts and [redacted] from Navient is not returning my calls. This behavior is unacceptable especially from someone who works in the Office of Costomer Advocate. I expect an explanation for this non compliance of my simple requests.Regards,[redacted]

they blamed the matter on lack of oversight from the states dept. of education, claiming not to have any authority to implement there own oversight. when asked what state I need to contacted they where either unable or unwilling to help me locate the appropriate state dept. of ed. to me this is just passing the blame for there own failure to over see what schools receive the loans and the actual ability of the person getting the loan to complete the program it for. they are there only concern seems to be making money off of people suckered in by these sham's of colleges!

No postal response has been received.

Since changing from Sallie Mae to Navient this company is a mess. I have been repaying my loan on or around the same date for many years. They keep sending me numerous e-mails as if I have missed payments and now I am receiving debt consolidation solicitations. I have never missed a payment and my history shows such. I am tired of the harassing e-mails and phone calls from companies offering to consolidate my debt.

I have not received anything from Navient in the mail.

Revdex.com:
I have received Navient's letter yesterday, but there is no solution offered. The letter basically pointed me to contact another organization for discussion, and they pointed out that they cannot talk to me, ONLY the borrower. So, the dilemma remains the same. My letter complained of NAVIENT intentionally forced default by refusing to continue to send the monthly statement to the borrower's home. There are occasions we sent a check payment and they claimed "Not Received" but the checks were cashed, by who? I had no clue! My point is they "intentionally" forced default not because we don't pay but they don't send invoice so I don't have the right address to send a check. Also, there were a very short period that we cannot pay because we experienced IRS SCAM of $2,000 were stolen, that caused grave financial difficulty. I understand the IRS SCAM is an insider job, that is why so many people were scammed without the thieves caught. With the advance technology and intelligent agents, there is no reason these huge losses of scams cannot be recovered, because they are done through Green Cards. I believe it can be traceable somehow. The reason these scams are not stopped and monies recovered are due to question of priority. Had we not been scammed of the $2,000, the student loan payment will never stopped for that short period of time, and we will never face the difficulty of being rejected when we asked NAVIENT to send us the invoices. They have repeatedly refused us  and then "forced" default on my son. Default will cause him huge difficulty of looking for employment in U.S.  Something is very wrong in their intent to force default. What I am asking is to null the default and eliminate financial penalty for late charges and interest. But none of these were met, so I reject their offer. As far as I can see, NAVIENT has not made any offer for solution. Their letter simply points out the facts I am disputing.

Just received an account statement form Navient. Monthly interest starting 7/21/15 ranges from $37.18 a month to $120.39 month.  Loanexplain amount, principal is reducing, so interest should reduce at the same rate. Amount applied to principal ranges from $62.55 - $145.76. Unable  to explain billing practices, get a different answer/ amount from representatives each time I call. Still seems shady to me. I have no late fees but when the loan was acquired by Navient, the interest was a high of $120.39. That seems unreasonable for a month.
I question the validity of charges and the process of variable interest / variable principal payment is odd, I have not seen this before on a student loan payment. This has not been resolved to my satisfaction.

Kind regards, [redacted]

I have received the letter from Navient dated 11/9/15. In this letter they state the following "You were enrolled in the Reduced Interest Rate Program with a payment of $300.00 per month; however, since your last payment was made on August 21st, 2015, you have been removed from the program. There is also a pending settlement agreement on the account for $12,886.00, which is good until May 31, 2017". This is the first time I have heard about a Reduced Interest Rate Program or a Settlement for $12,886. I have sent a letter to Navient requesting the terms of this settlement agreement.
