Excellent, tough to get quality parts at exceptional prices. But a person has to know what they are ordering. I've only had 1 bad gasket set, but I've never liked the one brand, but it was cheap. Got exactly what I paid for, my own fault.

From a $4,000 Transmission to a $7.00 Bushing service has been good to excellent. Even a call to customer service involving a credit due was resolved in one business day.
They have been a reliable parts source for me.

One part arrived damaged in transit and a call to Rock Auto and a replacement was on it's way immediately, on my word without extra documentation.. That kind of trust and service is hard to find today, I'm a very satisified customer.
