Excellent, tough to get quality parts at exceptional prices. But a person has to know what they are ordering. I've only had 1 bad gasket set, but I've never liked the one brand, but it was cheap. Got exactly what I paid for, my own fault.

I have ordered from Rockauto a few times and have been happy with the quality, price, service, and convenience every time. The only time I buy locally is if I have to get a car up and running again quickly. The website navigation could be better but for the extra couple of minutes spent finding something just the price, let alone the other things, is worth it.

Rock auto is a great online retailer to deal with, both from a price standpoint and a timely delivery standpoint. Ordering is simple and the selection is huge. Typical parts cost is around 20% lower than local discount auto retailers are for the same brands and parts.
One part arrived damaged in transit and a call to Rock Auto and a replacement was on it's way immediately, on my word without extra documentation.. That kind of trust and service is hard to find today, I'm a very satisified customer.

Review: On Monday 2/16/15 I ordered a product from Rockauto and purchased the next business day express shipping method which is FedEx overnight priority. The package should have arrived sometime on Wednesday 2/18/15. Today Thursday 2/19/15 I still have no package and not even an update on my shipping. I feel that I have paid for extra for a service and have not received it. Next business day express shipping is more than double the price of 2nd day shipping and receiving a package that took 2 or more days to deliver but paying double the price for next day seems unfair.Desired Settlement: I'm not even asking for a full refund of my shipping price, only a partial via credit card or store credit. The difference between next business day express and 2 business day express seems like the right thing to do even if the package takes two or more days to arrive. I've already lost my deadline due to a late package and paying full price for a higher tier service and then receiving a lower one with no compensation is bad customer service.

across the country have been affected, including this customer's. As the Returns

section of our Polices page explains, shipping

charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

FedEx does not issue refunds for delays caused by local or

national weather conditions (“acts of God”), so shipments delayed

due to the storm are not eligible for a refund or credit under their

money-back guarantee policy. Since we provided the service we

promised by shipping the customer's order on time and the delay is

out of RockAuto's or FedEx's control, no refund will be issued.

There was only one " Delay beyond our control" which was on Wednesday, why was nothing communicated during the whole day on Thursday. It should be posted if there was another delay, and it only showed departed in transit.

Great selection of parts with prices that can't be beat. Fast shipping, even to Canada. I buy a lot of Motorcraft parts and there prices are always half or less the price the dealership would charge me.

Good products - great prices - great selection. I also ordered parts that were not needed and the return process was very easy to get the products returned and credit for the returned products was received promptly.

Rockauto almost always has the best prices and their customer service is excellent! Returns are made easy and they get back to you quickly when you e-mail them.

I order lights for my truck that do not fit went to return them and was told that I will get a refund - shipping I paid 70 dollars ship on the order and now they want to charge me again because their part dose not fit feel like I am getting ripped off I would rec people buy parts from a local source where you can get support.

We have been using Rock Auto for 5 or 6 years. Always pleased with quick shipping and having every item we have needed and the best price. Thanks!

I ordered a timing belt component kit. The kit was packaged wrong by the supplier and one of the parts was incorrect. This was not Rock Auto's fault. I bought the part I needed locally and Rock Auto took care of the cost. Awesome customer service. I was not expecting them to do this after all like I said before the issue was not even their fault.
