Excellent service. I order from Canada, and there have never been any problems. I had to return a part and they make it super easy. Great selection of parts, prices that can be beat, and a few different shipping options. I haven't been to the parts store in months.

Review: First I ordered a part from Rockauto that was the wrong part for the part number and did not fit the car. Returned the part to Rockauto. Needed to order the right part which was found. the customer has been waiting for the vehicle. so I ordered the part on 9/1/2015 at 8:45am and paid $60 for next business day delivery. The part still has not arrived on 9/3/15. this part should have been here on 9/2/15 in the afternoon. If this is truly not next business day delivery then they have false advertising and a rip off of $60. could have had the part delivered priority mail for around $11and received this package faster than their next business day service by Fed Ex. I would like the difference in price between $60 and $11 which is $49.00 because it is not a next business day delivery. To me this means overnight shipping to meet their criteria. Fed Ex knew of this package for delivery at 10:57am on 9/1 and didn't do anything about it until late that day of 9/1/15n

Tue 9/1/2015 after 8 AM CST, this customer placed order [redacted]

selected Next Business

Day Express shipping, which our site told him would be delivered on

Thursday 9/3/15. We try hard to ship orders the same day, but

the final checkout page of our site does ask for 24 hours to process

and ship orders. For any order placed after 8am CST, our site assumes

shipment the following business day (as occurred with this order). We

like to be clear about delivery expectations, which is why we include

a "You should receive by" date during online checkout based

on the shipping method chosen.

The order shipped on Wednesday 9/2/15,

and was delivered the next business day from shipment on Thursday,

9/3/15 – on time as specified. No refund is due.

Rock Auto advertises this as NEXT BUSINESS DAY delivery. Not wait 24 hrs before this part is shipped. This order was in by 8:45 am tuesday morning. Should have gone out that morning. Since the first auto part was the wrong part delivered due to an catalog error. since the car has been down for a week by this time Next business day delivery sounded good to get the vehicle running. Also $60 is a Lot NOT NEXT DAY Delivery. If this is what Rock Auto advertises as NEXT BUSINESS DAY delivery Rock Auto needs to change this description because it is NOT true, false advertising! Rock Auto's priority 2-3 day shippings is only $11 and some change and would have been here the same time with out spending an extra $49 for shipping I would like the difference in shipping price. Also for the record the part I ordered also, did not fit the car. so, I suspect that rock Auto has a quality control issue on top of this complaint.

will not fit. We don't mind taking back parts within 30 days, but as

our Help page explains, to receive credit a returned part must be

complete and in its original, unmarked manufacturer's packaging.

Since the customer no longer has the original part box, this part is

not returnable for a refund.

Wonderful company! Rock Auto has all the same parts as any auto store, but for 1/2 to 1/3rd the price!You can pick and choose from just about every part a car could ever need, and they have a big selection ranging from cheapest possible to famous brand-name products. Their site makes it easy to find the right parts and make sure it fits your car. I love how you can search by make, model, year, part, or some of each. Their prices are often 1/3rd of shop prices and their shipping is fast and cheap. They are a great company, have very fair return policies, and are always sending discounts by email. They are always reliable and honest. You always get the right part on time and your privacy is never compromised.

Great business. They sell every possible part for all cars at really good prices and often times offer kits for a repair that a novice wouldn't have thought of, e.g. bundling a water pump and tensioner pulley with a timing belt.

Used to be my go to place, but after my last interaction with their customer service staff, I will no longer conduct my business with them. had a minor issue with abutment clips not being in with a set of Wagner pads and when I called to get resolution to the matter I was told that I had the choice of sending the pads back for an exchange or purchasing them locally, but would only be reimbursed a maximum of $10.00 no matter the cost of replacements. just didn't seem to make sense to allow the vehicle to sit on jack stands for what could be who knows how long to send the brakes back and wait for a turn around shipment. So if that is their customer service they will now have one less customer. Rock Auto you are not the only game in town!

Like the web site and the quick arrival of the parts. Easy and quick way to order good quality parts. Thank you rock auto in most cases also for affordable parts. Sincerely Henry L.
