I can not locate the previous I sent in regards to canceling the Blue Apron deliveriesNevertheless, the e-mail I sent was answered by a long process of how to cancel the deliveriesTherefore, I remembered sending an e-mail telling them to cancel the deliveries and that I was not going to figure it out the long processI want the response to be known that the company don't make it simple to cancel the deliveries permanentlyYou have to log on each week to cancel the delivery
In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above

*** signed up using a $
gift cardUpon signing up, Ann's total balance shown for the first delivery was $0, because the gift card was being appliedThe 2-Recipe-Per-Week Family Plan is normally $per delivery, but since the gift card amount was greater than this amount, the balance shown was $If the gift card wouldn't have covered the whole price, *** would've seen the difference as the amount owed. Our agents asked *** multiple times if there was a different promotional offer they received aside from the gift card that would've qualified you for a free first deliveryThe only promotion that we have at this time that covers a full week of meals is a free meal trial invitation. We offer the Free Meals Trial Invitation promotion as a thank you to our existing members, who enjoy Blue Apron and want to share fresh, delicious meals with friends and familyExisting members can send an invite to first time customers, which upon signing up would give them a complimentary week of mealsWe searched Ann's email and name to see if *** had received a free meal trial invitation, but couldn't find any invites that had been sent to AnnIf we had found one, we would've honored it. Furthermore, *** sent us a snapshot of a different promotional offer they did receive through emailThis promotional offer was for free meals, which we honored and applied the $credit to Ann's Blue Apron account. If we can provide any other information, please let me know

Hello, *** reached out to Blue Apron via email on February *, to cancel her accountWe replied to her email with instructions on how to cancel, but the account was not cancelled*** was charged for a delivery that arrived on March *, When she called to let us know that she
did not want this order and would rather her account be cancelled, we refunded her in full for the charge she incurred and also cancelled her account as requestedPlease let me know if I can assist further,

Hello, We completely agree that the customer service Amy received is not up to our standards, and we're actively working on making sure we're responding to our customers in a timely mannerAlso, ingredients should never arrive damaged and we will be investigating with the shipper to see if
there was transit damage which caused the damage. Amy has been refunded in full for all charges she incurred. I did want to apologize for any confusion on how to cancel. We include on the main page of our Contact & FAQ Section *** *** the question "How do I cancel my account?" which states: "To cancel your account, please email *** by the “Changeable By” date reflected in your “Account Settings.” You will receive an email back with next steps to follow, so please read that email carefully."

With the free trial invitation, the cost of the entire first delivery is freeFollowing that first delivery, all accounts are enrolled into a weekly subscription to receive fresh ingredients and delicious recipes. At sign up above where Tim put in the credit card it clearly states, "Enter your
billing informationYour first order will be free of chargeYou will receive future deliveries at $per weekYou can skip a week or cancel your account at any time with days notice.” Tim’s first delivery which arrived on 8/* was free, and the charge he saw was for the second delivery, which arrived on 8/**He wrote into our customer support, and we issued a refund on 8/**He still was sent the box of food and hopefully enjoyed it

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolvedI'm canceling my account after the credit is usedTheir system obviously isn't working right and they don't careNot doing business with someone who calls me a liar and puts me through this much troubleI don't have time to argue with irresponsible persons about their poor service.

Hi there, I can confirm that this account was closed on August ***When emailing ***, we send an email through our system automatically with instructions on how to complete the cancellation processThose emails might have gone to the spam folderI wasn't able to find
any calls from the phone number on this account in regards to cancellingThe first email we received asking for the account to be cancelled was on August **, and the final order received for this account was August *, so I can also confirm that there were no charges incurred after the first request to cancel.

Brooke emailed our *** email address on August **, and we replied with instructions on how to cancel the accountThis is an automated email, and includes a link that needs to be followed to complete the account cancellation process. We include on the main page of our
Contact & FAQ Section (here: ***) the question "How do I cancel my account?" which states: "To cancel your account, please email *** by the “Changeable By” date reflected in your “Account Settings.” You will receive an email back with next steps to follow, so please read that email carefully." Brooke did not follow the instructions in the email, and her account remained activeShe reached out again via *** and we cancelled her account for her on August **We also refunded her for the charge she incurredAfter the order starts the shipping process, we aren’t able to stop or intercept it, so the food will still be delivered to Brooke and we hope she will enjoy the food

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
Unfortunately the person responding is uninformed or is lyingI confirmed both with *** directly and with Blue Apron representatives that the food was not refrigerated because my local *** doesn't have a way to refrigerate the packagesFurthermore, I recommended Blue Apron to a friend (Erin Carney) and hers was delayed as well last weekThis issue is clearly not limited to the two incidents that I've had.
In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above
Sincerely,
*** ***
