Person deleted her account before we could respond to her. We are working on redesigning the site right now, and your interests... are not visible to anybody but you.

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I am grateful that this business has granted me a refund for their poor serviceBut the fact of the matter is that they cannot be advertising 24/customer support if they don't even respond to a customer within the same day, and do not offer a phone number to reach a real human beingMaybe this business does not understand what offering a "24/help desk" entails: a response from a real person within minutes to hoursTheir claim is outright advertisingFurthermore, they state that their messaging platform is very safe, and yet the only people I received messages from were fake profilesI received a response regarding a room for rent, and the "woman" was trying to get me to send her a copy of my passport and a $deposit without signing any legal documentsThis "woman" sent me an address for the room for rent, so I went to the address and talked to the people living thereThere was no woman living there by this person's name, and no rooms were availableThis profile was completely fake, and a scam to try to get my private information and moneyI did not feel safe using their service whatsoever, despite whatever claims they have made.If this is a legitimate business they need to do a serious security upgrade and eliminate these spam profiles that are trying to rip people offThey need to stop making claims that they offer 24/support, and they also need to state in their policy that they will in fact issue refunds upon customer dissatisfactionIf they had stated they would grant refunds in their policy, and I had received a timely response from this business under the stipulation that they offer 24/support, I would not have reacted by filing a complaint to the Revdex.comPerhaps they would receive fewer complaints if they implemented these changes into their business practicesUntil that happens, I would never recommend this business to anyone, and I stand by my experience.I would like to add that the way in which this business responded to my complaint stating that I was making outlandish claims and offering conspiracy theories is downright unprofessionalI would never expect this kind of response from a legitimate business that was trying to improve customer satisfactionThey have succeeded in making me further dissatisfied with their customer service in their response.Thank you Revdex.com for offering a platform where people can be heard, and taking the time to investigate this issue Sincerely, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: This response is absolutely inadequateRoomster is inferring that this is random customers using their service who are voluntarily and of their own fruition spending their time tricking random people on the internet into signing up for the Roomster serviceI find this incredible difficult to beleive, and the fact that Roomster is so dismissive and does not want to investigate this matter speaks volumes to their involvementI wound up getting contacted by different phone numbers, and in case they did not understand my comments in the original complaint (or the personal e-mail I sent to them that I did not receive a response to) these people WERE NOT attempting to get me to view actual listingsThere were no listings, the link simply sent me to a signup pageThese people were certainly paid by Roomster, or whatever shady advertising company they are using, to solicit traffic to their own websiteI have been using Craigslist for over years, and have never experienced this with CL or any other company In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

List of a room on Craigslist and for two days have gotten totally spammed buy fake notifications of interested parties and everyone leads back to the room store sign up formThis is advertising or misrepresentation at the very least

I appreciate the credit of $1.37 in response to my complaint, but I was not even contesting the charge. My problem is that for months I was searching for a room and the majority of what I had to wade through in my search was roomster scams. If your site truly is so plagued by mysterious [redacted] scammers, it may be time to shut down this domain and migrate to one that is NOT full of security holes. Literally I have not had a single shred of success with roomster, on or off site. And if you really are doing your best to improve security, and you aren't a total scam - why are there SO MANY phony proxy websites that redirect to your website? [redacted] , [redacted] etc etc... What's more - both of the aforementioned sites link to your supposedly new and secure [redacted] login page. and guess what, when I [redacted] both of these site - EVERY SINGLE LINK is just a link to a scam checking website/blog. Not a single one comes up as a legitimate, or a subsidy of roomster corp. And what's more - roomster itself. Your whole BBB page is just complaints about your business. My goal here is not to earn a dollar off your corporation. I simply want to put on record an illegitimate business practice; so that other people don't have to waste so much of their valuable time on a site that will get them nothing but frustration. Shoshanah M [redacted] signed up for Roomster on 2:31:PM.We would never have charged her credit card without her permission and authorization, Not only did she have to sign off on the terms of use twice, It also states that her credit card would be renewed at the monthly rate of $in large letters above the credit card authorization button so that it complies with LawIts is not in small print, and is extremely visible and easy to readJust in case she did not read this we also sent out an email to " [redacted] " and another message in her onsite help desk at 12/*/2:31:PM.Her statements that she was not properly notified are falseHowever, because we are a good company and in an effort to provide excellent customer service we issued a credit for the last charge of $before she even contacted the Revdex.com Please find attached screenshots of 1)her actual credit card page & 2)her roomster 24/support help desk With the credit issued and our case proven, We consider this matter closed
