To Whom It May Concern:We received a Revdex.com customer complaint letter from [redacted] .Customer made in app purchase, all transactions were done by Apple, not by usWe do not even have his card information(please, see the “Billing page” screenshot)He had to cancel his Roomster subscription within his Apple accountHad he done it, all billing would have ended and Apple wouldn’t charge his card anymoreHe sent a message to the Helpdesk on 4/*/and deleted his account right awayThen he created more accounts and deleted them (please, see the “Accounts” screenshot)We consider this matter is closed

To Whom It May Concern: We received a Revdex.com customer complaint letter from user [redacted] ***She has canceled her subscription after scheduled renewal took placeWhen she contacted us account representative have explained her, why she was charged and provided her all the information, that we state right on the credit card page, that subscription will renew if she doesn't cancel itAnd then as a courtesy to her we have issued her a pro-rated refund on the last transaction, even before receiving a complaint from Revdex.com We attached the file where you can clearly see, that Tracey agreed to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy We consider this matter is closed

This is an overpriced and shady version of [redacted] apartment searchIt's $for a 15-Day TrialWhat is not immediately obvious is that when the 15-Day Trial is over, you are automatically signed up for a $29.95/month service for the next three monthsYou will not receive any emails for messages letting you know this has happenedSo if you missed it in the Terms of Use agreement and receipt, and haven't checked your bank account, you may not be aware it's happening They also include strongly worded information on their receipt email that indicates they are well aware of their deceitful tactics, and are defending them: "Warning: You are responsible for paying for this service chargeIf you dispute these authorized charges Roomster reserves the right to provide your bank with proof of authorization, turn your account over to a collection agency and notify the credit bureaus."

yes, as we stated before there is a link to delete your accountI see that you created your account using a [redacted] login on 6/*/9:50:PM you can easily login and click "delete account" on the 24/customer support pagewhy not just do that if you don't want the account?

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I did send e-mails to the help desk at Roomster asking them to check for an account in my name or my daughter's name, gave both names, and also gave the last digits of my credit card, which was used to pay for the account However, Roomster never responded to those e-mails or this issue would have been resolved some time ago If my credit card is no longer charged, then I will consider the issue resolved I cannot know whether the issue has been satisfactorily resolved until I confirm that I am no longer being charged the fee on my credit card I will not know this until I receive my next credit card statement I am very dissatisfied with Roomster as a result of the lack of response from the help desk to my emails and the inability to speak to a customer service representative directly[redacted] In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Roomster Corp is a shady business that pays people to respond to Roommate ads on services like Craigslist to try and persuade you to sign up for their servicesSo someone will respond to a roommate ad and give you a link to go to which goes to Roomster and they will state they prefer to communicate through that service onlyThe only way to sign up is to connect with Facebook and at that point Roomster has all your personal information and friends list from FacebookIf you respond to the response stating no thanks they try to get you to go there by telling you it's FREE! Nothing is free when you give away your personal information to them
It's a very shady practice to pay people to get customers the wrong wayI hope that this company goes out of business due to this nature and that people stay away from them due to these illegal practices

It is very clear that numerous e-mails and text messages that I have received have the same fake link leading to Roomster under different namesWhether it's initiated by Roomster or it's affiliates, Roomster is ultimately stands to benefit from links to their site and are ultimately responsibleThe ads seem to good to be true and another friend has experienced the same problemThe person sponsoring the (fake) ad wants to find out right away when you've logged inThere is no further contact by the person sponsoring the ad after you've logged in nor the same ad to be found in RoomsterI even had a brief phone text conversation with one of the individuals who acknowledged that it was a fake adIt's so prevalent that it would be easy for an independent reviewer to investigateExample"*** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** ** *** *** *** *** ***." Secondly, I tried to call Roomster at a phone number listed in ***, but there was no responseI tried to communicate via e-mail, but there is no e-mail address or customer service number listed on their siteThe only way that I could see to contact Roomster was to logon via ***, etcAfter having this experience, I did not wish to login into their site with my personal information and become a memberRoomster seems to be trying to avoid responsibility for bogus ads leading to their websiteThis does not solve the problem and leads to a lack of responsibility by anyone for the problem. There are other roommate matching websites that do not seem to have this problem with bogus ads lead to ***. *** does not allow people even to use the term 'Roomster' in their adsUltimately, a business' reputation will lead to it's long term success and how it handles problems with the public.

To Whom It May Concern:We received a Revdex.com customer complaint letter from *** ***.He created multiple accounts (see the screenshot “Multiple accounts”) andwe have found his account that he has paid for it’s linked to ***. His statement that he can’t log in to his account
and can’t contact customer service is not correctHis account is active and has full access, his “User log” page has items (see the screenshot “User log”) and as you can see he used our service even today and he never contacted us (see the screenshot “Helpdesk”)So all his statements is a lie! This is just shocking, that person would write a Revdex.com’s complaint without any reason and without even trying to contact us!We consider this matter is closed and waist of Revdex.com’s time
