RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. [I feel that a zero faith attempt has been made by 24 hour fitness to resolve my problem. Your company has literally avoided responded to the grounds I have presented and have ONLY responded to the fabricated grounds you have presented. You have not made any effort to "address my concern", only cited your own manager's made up, canned response. It's obvious she didn't expect me to follow up with this, and your company has clearly given her the freedom to conduct business in an unethical manner with your poor behavior. You cite, "as a former 24 Hour Fitness employee, you are aware of company rules...". but there were no rules broken by me at any point. I feel like I have yet to speak to anyone who will actually talk to me as a logical human being. Your company refuses to take any responsibility for your employees actions. The facts are, I was denied use a a three days free pass because "I had been a member or guest in the past", but that is your individual rouge manager's made up, on the sport rules. How am I still having to repeat myself? The pass I tried to used only required that you not be a member or guest for 6 months prior to using the pass, which I qualified for. The manager made up her own rules on that day, and now is simply lying just making up her own story that I was kicked out because of behavior, but the fact is I eft on my own accord after she OFFERED to ALLOW ME TO PAY FOR A DAY-USE. Yet the company refuses to utilize logic, or even review the tapes, to see and understand that my story makes sense and that I did not behave poorly. THE ONLY THING THAT HAPPENED WAS THE MANAGER DENIED ME THE RIGHT TO USE A PASS I WAS ENTITLED TO AND I LEFT AND REPORTED THIS INCIDENT LIKE A MATURE PERSON SHOULD DO. 24 Hour Fitness refuses to address any grounds I present and is clearly fine with luring people to the clubs under the false presence of a 3 day pass, and then denying them use of such pass at the managers own bias, possibly sexist, attitude. 24 Hour fitness is unequivocally, unethical as a whole and it pains me to realize this. Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I did receive the copy of my contract, but I did not receive a response to this email that I sent minutes after I received that copy on 11/10/15@ 5:33PM :I see that it says that hour fitness "may increase subsequent annual renewal amounts" when it talks about "fees." In the same section though it talks about MPM memberships only being allowed to increase once per year at a rate of "not more than 5%." So my question to you is this, how do you justify a rate increase of 100%, if you commit to a 5% figure for your MPM memberships on the same section? I have talked to reps from hour fitness on this, they are not high enough on the food chain I need to talk to someone who can actually respond to this injustice in jacking up rates and taking advantage of this "yearly fee" loophole Regards, [redacted]

What's not resolved is the broken equipment was never fixed!!! Yes they issued $for month ($per months) but the gym is in the same exact conditionI need to pay my renewal fee that covers months in weeksI'm not sure what I will be paying for I guess for the broken equipment I just want them to fix the equipment I stated it numerous times but it's not happening Not sure if I need to ask for free year or what until they improve something?? I would drop them and switch to another gym but it's a convenient location for me since I live righ next to it I have no idea how 'to make' them impove thingsIf Revdex.com has any suggestion but my imperession was Revdex.com does something to resolve issue like that since us consumers we have no power I hope somebody can do something about it Thank you, ***

The manager sent me an email which was a bit insultingHe stated that my some of my claims were falseFor example, the treadmills that I stated in the complaint, he said that there is only brokenIf he really paced the floor as he said he did, he would know treadmilla are broken and a third does not function correctlyThen he processed to tell me that the gym has newer treadmills I explained I can not use those tredmillds because of my back conditionYet I find it disturbing that you get crappy tredmill, new back equioment, new elipticas and the tredmill I want fixed has been broken for over a year and another now broken for iver minths?
