Great company to do business with Ordered Graphite Nitro Tiles and Edges on 10/and they were delivered quickly on 10/and installed the same day Installation was a "Snap"The shipment was missing the edges that were ordered so I immediately notified the company of the shortage who immediately contacted me by email Corresponded with Christi B*** in Customer Service who immediately checked into the problem and had replacements sent by *** on 10/ These were received on 10/and immediately installed Thanks Christi for a great experience with your company

This is the 3rd time that I have purchased these tiles from this company and I am very satisfied with there product This time some of the tiles were the incorrect color but they were very prompt to replace them with the correct ones Omar was the person that I spoke with on the phone and he was very helpful in resolving my problem

My experience with this company did not go super wellWe have had a lot of trouble with shipping having to be rescheduled separate times and since we have to pay people to be here to bring the product inside( since we found out AFTER ordering only when we received shipping confirmation that it is only curbside delivery) we have lost a lot of money on these issues and dealings with the shipping company(SAIA/ Global Tranz) were never positive and no one seemed to know what was going onI actually received different information from different people every time I calledAll of that said, I am leaving a star review because Alicia in customer service was so kind and patient and attentive and really made me feel like a valued customerIf I could hire her for my business I would YESTERDAYI have not gotten the product yet but I feel very confident that if there is any issue with the product itself (though I do not foresee this) that Alicia will work her best to make it right! Will DEFINITELY do business with this company again

I chose the flooring Coretec, based on reviews I had read on-line The order came in a timely manner and my floor guy had no problems installing it In the process of shipping, several pieces had gotten damaged along the edge I called the company and they were great to issue a credit for the ones that were damaged The customer service people were very helpful and I was very satisfied with the whole experience I'm hoping to use them again when I re-carpet my home

BUYER BE WARE! I ordered large swing set "mats" from them based on the pictures on their website that showed the sides with edges that angle to the ground When we received the mats we noticed there was only a slight edge and then a large drop off We contacted the company and were told that they would refund us but not for shipping and we would be responsible for shipping them back After getting a quote to do so I would have actually lost money due to the large shipping expenses I was then told that one of the pictures out of showed the exact image I guess the customer needs to guess on what they are receiving

The product they delivered on June 1,was defective The manufacturer inspected the flooring in early July, deemed it defective as well and offered to replace it at no charge Six months later, Rubber Flooring has my money and I still don't have the replacement flooring Rubber flooring will not address the matter They do not return numerous phone calls I've made

This company takes care of its customers! I have made several orders in the past and had an issue that was immediately corrected by customer service guy, Chris O'C*** *n just a few daysEven though there were a few hiccups and I got sent the wrong stuffI got more sent out and fixed the problem

Flooring arrived with wrong color fleck initially but customer service was awesome to work withTymar made the exchange process quick and easyNew rolls arrived without any problems

I found a good selection of material at FlooringInc.com I, also, found informative technical information which helped me select the flooring for my project I received my initial shipment of boxes of COREtec flooring delivered by *** The outside of the boxes looked reasonable with a little damage on the corners When I opened the boxes, I was disappointed in the condition of the tiles About 75% of the tile had some sort of damage The damage appeared to be both do to handling during shipping and handling during packaging I initiated a discourse with FlooringInc.com My initial case handler was slow to start and became unresponsive I provided multiple pictures of the damaged floor tile A case handler in training took over (Tonia B***) and started reversing the poor experience I had been exposed to up to this point She took care of the details of returning the damaged goods and sending me a new shipment of floor tile The second shipment was undamaged Thank You Tonia and FlooringInc.com

Had a problem with order, customer service was excellent! Chris, in customer service was very helpful & received corrected shipment almost immediately

This company does not bear any financial responsibility neither to customer nor to manufacturer They charge for shipping to an address Their satisfaction guarantee is based on the premise that a customer has to ship everything back at their expense I just paid close to $for shipping some tiles to my home address, and then (unusable condition due to too much production wax, requiring thorough cleaning of each rubber tile) I had to ship them back to manufacturer It's a very "convenient" business model

I recently placed and received an order with Rubber Flooring I worked with Angela, Chris and Omar They all were knowledgeable about their products and were great to work with I'll definitely use them for my next projects

Regardless of your exclusions, which are not listed anywhere on your website (Can you please explain where these exclusions are listed?), at the point that you make an offer and take my money you have entered into a contract, that fact is founded in case law across this county. You chose to break a contract, if you were in ** State it would simply be a case of taking you to small claims court, and it would be a simple win for me as there is case history to back up my position, as you are in ** I have no choice but to accept the fact that as a company you willingly break contracts and use advertising. In order to satisfy this complaint with the Revdex.com, you should either remove your price match guarantee from your website, or list the exclusions just as large as you list you 20% match

I placed an order 1/28/for rubber tiles from Rubber Flooring for my home gymThe cost of the order totaled $and was delivered by 2/15/ The rubber tiles emitted strong odor upon installation which I expected would dissipate with airing out the room and over several days or soUnfortunately it has been well over months now and the odor continues to be unbearable to the point where neither myself or family can use the room The odor makes our eyes red and throats scratchyThe smell is so strong that you can actually taste it in your mouthI am certain that my family is not extra sensitive to the odor given the fact that we have had many neighbors and friends visit during this period and all have remarked that the odor is very strong and alluded to it being a possible health concernIn addition to airing out the room, I applied as suggested by Rubber Flooring a vinegar solution to the flooring that did not help and several weeks later I applied Prochem Odor Neutralize

I was looking for a floor for my sons playroom and was not sure of the quanity as well as the right thickness I should getI called them and they figured it all out for meWhen I received the tiles of boxes each box was short some tilesI called and spoke to Tymar P*** and he resolved the issue right away and sent out the missing tilesI was so impressed with the tiles as well as the customer service I placed another order to do another area
