My air conditioning unit was not connected to DTEs Interupter Service and, as a result, I was not receiving the benefit of a lower unit price per kilowatt hr of usage I called Harriman Htgand they came out immediately to check on the issue Jeff ,the Service Pro, scheduled an install date in a couple of daysHe and Jon arrived promptly at my home and made the necessary install They were very professional, explained all the technical issues, and ran several tests on the AC unit to ensure that it, and the Interupter Service unit, were properly connected and met all of DTE's requirements It was a job very well done and I commend both of them for their service skills Thank you

Just wanted to leave a review recognizing the excellent work provided by Harriman Heating Incon a recent hot water tank purchase and installPlaced the order on Tuesday and tank was installed the very next dayAlex called me Wednesday and advised me what time he and his helper Dave would arrive They arrived exactly as indicated and promptly began the work necessary to remove the old tank and install the new oneScope of work was made difficult as a result of the old construction of the building I live inNot to worry Alex had the special tools delivered to the site and the job was completed at the price originally agreed uponAlex and Dave left the job site spotless and I am very happy with the abundance of hot water I have now
Jay and Dan replaced our year old furnace and A/C unit with new Trane system They were very pleasant and did a neat and professional job Without our asking, they took great care to wear shoe protection every time they re-entered the house to protect our carpeting Jay was eager and proud to explain the work to me as the install progressed I highly recommend Harriman Heating
I have had bad experiences in the past with services done at my home so, when my air conditioning stopped working I was dreading what could be coming Harriman Heating could not have been more accommodating They scheduled an appointment that fit my schedule and were very prompt and courteous Rob, the technician who installed my new conditioner, was very polite and thorough and, more important, very respectful of my property He promised he would leave my home looking exactly the way he found it I actually think it was even cleaner when he left! Thank you, Rob, for making this experience as painless as possible I would highly recommend Harriman, and especially Rob, to anyone needing heating or cooling service A+

In less than a day I was getting a new furnace installed and financed. A nightmare turned to an inconvenience..
