Brent came to the house twice today, first for the initial assessment and then again for installation of a new furnace He was great- easy-to-understand explanations, and very professional He worked late into the evening to make sure my installation was complete and we would have heat for the weekend Brent is a great asset the Harriman team
Chris, the service technician, was friendly and answered all of my questions clearly He seemed thorough and got the work done quickly He didn't leave until he was confident that everything was working correctly This was a very positive service call
Justin and Brian came out to do regular maintenance on our furnaceThey were very polite, thorough, and knowledgeable about our unit Brian made suggestions on how to keep out furnace running problem free and fixing a potential problem with the furnace attached humidifier system They even found that the Manuel was left in the furnace during installation years ago, I have replaced the filter since but never saw this, good spotting this potential fire hazard guys

We had our pilot light go out on the furnace, they came out in record time to help us and gave us so much more information we were very pleased with them and will use them again!

Furnace unexpected failed, used Harriman after researching and saw awesome feedback Jay and Dave came out and did install spent day making sure everything installed, including new humidifier and air cleaner, and hauled away old furnace Both were great and took time to explain features and demonstrate maintenance Very professional and will definitely recommend Harriman to friends and family, and will be back for future hvac upgrades as well My experience is workers at this company are professional and pleasure to work with, and they made certain we had heat even for one day with temp furnace at no cost, prior to install--and on the weekend, when other contractors had answering services in winter
The technician did exactly what he was supposed to do which was an annual furnace check What I don't understand was why he said he was surprised my furnace was missing things and he said he was surprised it is working, yet it is only two years old Has this guy been a technician for very long? Also, I specifically told scheduling 12/but they said they had me down for 12/ This is the second time scheduling screwed up the date!
Jeff came to do a clean and safety check on my furnace and air conditioner He did and excellent job for me and as I'm selling a rental home, I will definitely use Harriman Heating for my current home
