starTold me they'd send a tech out for $fixed fee to diagnose issue and then Tech would CALL ME before doing any additional workTech never called, left a $bill without ever asking me if I wanted him to do the workTo top it off, the problem isn't fixed!!! I called the office and calmly explained the situation asked them to make it right, the woman on the phone became defensive and angry with meShe refused to make it right, I 'm extremely disappointed
Their tech was unable to meet the expectation to call me before proceeding
Their tech was unable to determine the root cause of the issue, and therefor didn't fix it
Their office staff was unwilling to make things right
Terrible way to do businessI hope this review can help prevent someone else from having this negative experience
Justin Ncame to do a regular furnace inspection and noticed that the pipe from the water heater had disconnected from the pipe going to the out takeHe got the parts and fixed it that day better then it was when it was installed

We have just had a new furnace installed from Harriman and are so pleased with the work done, the installers were Jay and Josh they took such care with installing, covered the carpets with a drop cloth when removing the old furnace, they were careful to cover their boots when coming in the house from outside the job was done to perfection from the sales consultant Howard to the times I called the office for information this is a wonderful Company and I will be happy to refer them to FriendsThank you for a job well done!
I took advantage of a special two for one deal to have my furnace and air conditioner inspected and cleaned The technician was courteous and efficient--everything I expected of a professionally done service
Jeff was a fantastic technician He went above and beyond to make sure everything with my furnace was in working order and explained the new thermostat he installed
My air conditioning unit was not connected to DTEs Interupter Service and, as a result, I was not receiving the benefit of a lower unit price per kilowatt hr of usage I called Harriman Htgand they came out immediately to check on the issue Jeff ,the Service Pro, scheduled an install date in a couple of daysHe and Jon arrived promptly at my home and made the necessary install They were very professional, explained all the technical issues, and ran several tests on the AC unit to ensure that it, and the Interupter Service unit, were properly connected and met all of DTE's requirements It was a job very well done and I commend both of them for their service skills Thank you
