My old furnace stopped working in the middle of the night and Harriman Htgwas able to install a temporary furnace in my home within a half a day In the next few days Dave installed my new Trane high efficiency furnace Dave is a true professional He did an excellent job installing the furnace, humidifier, air cleaner and the chimney exhaust sleeve He answered all my questions regarding the operation and maintenance of all the equipment he installedHe was very thorough and precise with his measurements to ensure that he met all code requirements covering the furnace installationWhen finished, he cleaned up the job site and removed all the empty boxes and debris I am very pleased with the furnace and the installation Job well done
Had a great experience with Harriman Heating & Air Conditioning On Monday two service technicians came out when scheduled Justin and Chris were polite, helpful and told us exactly what they were doing and why When it was decided that the system could not be repaired, they called a Senior Technician to make sure they had not missed something James was also very polite and helpful and we decided to get a new system They next day Jay and Jeff arrived to install the new unit Wonderful, polite and helpful In hours and minutes it was completely installed and working They cleaned up after themselves and gave us instructions on how everything works Harriman should be happy to have such great people working for them Would highly recommend them
Harriman Heating came to my house to service my yrAC unit Turned out that I had a freon leak They worked with me to get a new AC unit, they advised me of a refund due to me with my warranty plan and explained any questions/concerns that I had My AC unit was installed the next day Rick, the installer was very nice, he explained what he was going to do and how long it may take After the installation, Rick suggested some options regarding surge protection, etc I appreciated his advise and I didn't feel like he was pushing the options on me
I greatly appreciate proficiency of JEFF and DEREK in repairing my Furnace todayI found their art of diagnosis was thorough and effective, and the replaced part fixed my problem
I jus want to thank Harriman Heating installers for fixing my furnace in the timely manner that they did, they went above and beyond to make sure me and my son were happy and satisfied
