The guys from Harriman Heating, Jay and Alex were very polite as they entered my home They were there at the appointment time and started right to work It took about hours but they worked the entire time, I was impressed
Jay Rfrom Harriman Heating did a great job installing our new water heater Prompt and professional, as were everyone I dealt with on the Harriman team, both on the phone and in person, from scheduling to estimate to installation to payment Jay also did a great job cleaning up before he left, which is a great touch, shows the care they put in to their work
Great guy to work with along with JeffBoth were knowledgeable and on a mission to make sure I understood what was going on regarding the furnace tune-upRob represents his company well
Jay Robinson was polite and answered any questions I had throughout the installation process He did 99% of the work but did ask ask that I credit Jon (another installer) who helped him install the refrigerant lines Jay did a good job of sealing between existing furnace and duct workThe one minor point is that when installing the refrigerant lines and condensate line through evap case would be to close off the holes better unit as conditioned air can be felt leaking through these openings but this is likely a Trane unit issue I ended up putting some foam around openings to reduce conditioned air leakage
Jeff was very professional and did a very complete job He made recommendations and suggestions about my furnace and even offered service options with no sales pressure He also gave a brochure with prices When Jeff left I was very confident that he did an excellent job on servicing my furnace and I feel comfortable using Harriman heating & Air Conditioning again in the future
