My furnace broke down the day before Thanksgiving I looked up on the internet to find a heating and cooling to do an emergency call I found Harriman Heating with excellent reviews They came out and set me up with an emergency furnace until my new furnace was installed My old one was years old with melting wires...fire hazard They were all very professional, conscientious, doing everything to code, and answered all my multiple questions I will always use them again

Yesterday, I had an experience that is greatly missed in today's service company relationship between installer and customerI met two service installer's James and Jeff with whom were very professional and knowledgeable
They were on time, polite, professional and protective of my home while dismantling the old furnace and installing the new furnaceThey did the same when they were removing the old furnace, and even asked if they could use my broom to cleanup
They hooked up my new furnace temporary until the duct work was completed and tested it before they left, explained to me the next steps and if any problems please call

I had a very good experience with Harriman Heating in replacing my furnace and ac unit The installers Alex and Zac were very professional and courteous They left area around the furnace cleaner than when they arrived Zac made an extra effort and found stones to put under ad around the compressor which made it looked quite nice
Also thanks to Jeff who managed to squeeze us in at an earlier date than planned, and Anthony who constantly kept me informed of the installers' arrival
Robert from Harriman Heating did an exceptional job Besides being a nice person, he is a true professional who takes the time to make sure the work is done right I would certainly recommend having Robert do your next HVAC job!!!
