I would like to drop this complaint or case at this time.  I have finally been in contact with the appropriate upper management and through better communication, I have been able to better get to the root of the problem.  At this time, AES cannot help me any further, therefore a solution...

appearing on his credit file.  We have
reached out to [redacted] directly to advise of the action that we took
(reaching out to the credit reporting agencies directly) and to advise of the information
that the credit bureaus had provided to our office.  As indicated in our last response to the
Revdex.com, AES has confirmed that the file information for [redacted]’s account has been accurately transmitted to [redacted] and
[redacted]. 
 
Furthermore, a formal

I am rejecting this response AGAIN because: This is  a generic response on their behalf. I have received a letter from Roxanne or someone (unfortunately, I don't have details because paperwork is with my attorney now) sent me a generic letter with a telephone number I have called numerous times. That number also directed me to several other numbers, which I have maintained, that weren't able to assist & provide any data prior to the years in dispute.Can we PLEASE work out some fair & reasonable agreement since AES nor any of the numbers provided in the chain can help me?
Please lets get this resolved & finished.
