POINT BLANK!!! Someone is lying at AES through their teeth!!! Is there a reason why AES has failed to contact me through more conventional means other than postal mail such as, oh, I don't know, the PHONE or EMAIL or FAX????? I provided ALL of that in my ORIGINAL complaintDid someone just not read???? This clearly supports part of my original complaint that AES lacks the very essence of CUSTOMER SERVICE and they have failed to communicate appropriately with me for months on endAnd this only proves the very points I have made in my complaint - they have ignored me!!!! [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:------- Forwarded message ----------From: Revdex.com of Metro Washington DCDate: Thu, Jun 2, at 12:PMSubject: Fwd: COMPLAINT # [redacted] To: [redacted] @myRevdex.com.org---------- Forwarded message ----------From: [redacted] < [redacted] @ [redacted] .com>Date: Thu, Jun 2, at 12:PMSubject: COMPLAINT # [redacted] To: Revdex.com I am disputing the response submitted by the Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency because they have not addressed the current issue with my account I was required to pay $per month based on my income to participate in the Rehabilitation Program In an effort to ensure that my payments would be made in a timely fashion, I opted to pay my loan via electronic payments I submitted the form by faxI contacted the agency when I received a letter from the Department of the Treasury I was told that my authorization form for electronic payments had not been received, I had sent it several timesAfter being told by the help desk customer service representatives that the form had not been received, in desperation I called their legal departmentI was finally able to reach a supervisor that stated the form had been received; however, it did not indicate whether the account was my checking or savings account I am well aware of the history of my account, which was sent in response to my complaintThe response did not address anything about the fact that I've made a concerted effort to make the monthly payments electronically, but my efforts were not recognized Nor did it address the inconsistencies, of the responses that I received in regards to the payments I became disabled in due to a mental illness I have asked my doctor for permission to work part-time to maintain a sense of normalcy, and to meet my financial needs when my SSD is not enough I have been hospitalized and institutionalized because of psychological episodes It was established that my last episode was triggered by finances, as a result I was institutionalized Certainly I would not risk having my SSD used as an offset for a monthly loan payment of $ I do not shirk my responsibilities I've requested not to be deemed as totally and permanently disabledI make a conscious effort to maintain my mental health as well as finances My condition is monitored to ensure that I am not under undo stress I work in a menial, non-stressful position, and will take a leave of absence if it becomes overwhelming I would like for the agency to address the inconsistencies in their response concerning my request for electronic payments While I am aware of the difficulties I have had making payments, a regurgitation of the documents does not address the current circumstances.Regards, [redacted]
