I am rejecting this response until I see that they have, in fact, supplied me with ACTUAL accounting, crediting my tax returns and showing any and all charges, as it appears from they VERY little they sent last time they are trying to hide something. The IRS has informed me where I need to go should they (yet again) try to skirt proving how they applied my tax return (which they may have stolen.)

Revdex.com: Even though I am quite disappointed in the response letter I received from AES, as it only detailed history and NOT addressing the current state of the account. I'm going to just go ahead and close this. I have contacted the Attorney General to go further into the situation through them and hopefully bring AES into full accountability of their mistakes and fraud issues.

I am rejecting this response because:This is inaccurate information. I have not received anything. Nothing in my email, spam folder, mail, pigeon post. The only thing I'm getting are collection calls and these people are of no help whatsoever. I would prefer not to escalate this, but months are going by and that's unacceptable. Respectfully, I cannot even wait days to get back to my clients and I'm a small under 5 person business. I'd go out of business very quickly. I have thousands of clients and reach millions of people. Here's a short list for your consideration:#1. I cannot login to AES, I fully understand how to login, reset passwords, code login forms#2. Why has my IBR not approved? I've sent everything short of a blood sample at this point. You have no idea how upsetting this is.  #3. Why does every process with AES take an extremely long time? We're going on years at this point. #4. I feel as though my rights are being violated and that maybe I should seek legal action, contact media and state legislatorsI received a notice of possible default, this is an urgent matter!I'm a reasonable person, I'd prefer not to escalate to higher authorities and the media. I'd like to think we can drop this case if we could just resolve these problems in a timely fashion. I'm ready to resolve this matter today. I expect a response from someone who is sure they are speaking with [redacted]My phone number is ###-###-####
