I am rejecting this response because: it does not indicate any changes in the company's refund policies.  I finally received my refund but it took way too long.  Communication with company said a check was mailed to me on 9/6, but was mailed to citizens bank on 9/8 after original overpayment on august 2.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  I ended up contacting consumer affairs and they helped me obtain the document I need.  This solved my problem by did not give me back the hours of my life wasted trying to communicate with horrible customer service agents.
