I am rejecting this response because:They have done nothing that I can see. They are hoping this goes away. Any person with an 8th grade math education can see they are committing fraud.

I am rejecting this response because:I'm not sure why PHEAA and AES addressed this complaint as they did not want to speak with me to set up a payment plan to resolve this debt.  Instead they bounce the consumer to their bullies [redacted] Corp who will lie to you and take money directly from your paycheck and then attempt to get you to make "Voluntary" payments in the name of a "loan rehabilitation program".  The [redacted] representatives are liars.  I hope the Revdex.com and attorney general investigate this companies practices. This company is in the business of garnishment to the point you no longer have a living wage.  $157.00 per pay out of my $15. 00/hr salary, you do the math.  As long as these people can go home to their nice cushy neighborhoods, they sleep fine at night.  Self-respect or not!!

I am rejecting this response because:You continue to send my letters to an old address even after I reported an address change. I want full removal of late fees interest collected and all negative information reporting to credit bureaus. I have been a Florida resident since 2015, thankfully I was able to obtain a few messages of these. I want this resolved immediately.

July 2, 2015Dear [redacted]:This letter is in response to an inquiry AES received from the Revdex.com (Revdex.com) regarding the status of your educational loan account. We trust that the following information will be of assistance.AES currently services both the subsidized (SUBCNS) and...

unsubsidized (UNCNS) portions of your Federal Consolidation Loan disbursed November 28, 2007, on behalf of the owner, [redacted]. ([redacted]). As the contracted third-party service provider, AES administers the loan in accordance with the terms of the promissory note and federal regulations. AES is required to perform billing, credit reporting, and other servicing-related activities.We understand from your inquiry that you initially intended to have your $3,719.17 payment, received May 4, 2015, allocated to pay down your UNCNS Loan portion to a zero balance. As previously advised during your July 1, 2015 telephone conversation with Research Specialist Jalieta B[redacted], you may be assured that AES completed an adjustment on your account and reallocated your $3,719.17 payment to only your UNCNS Loan portion. As a result, your UNCNS Loan portion reflects a zero ($0.00) balance; however, that portion of the loan would not be considered paid in full until the SUBCNS Loan portion has also been paid down to a zero balance, at which time you would then receive a notice from AES confirming your Federal Consolidation Loan is paid in fill. For your convenience, we have requested that a statement of account, which details the application of your of your $3,719.17 payment allocated solely to your UNCNS Loan portion, be sent to your attention under separate cover. Please Note: If a payment is not credited in accordance with your intentions in the future, you may always request for the payment to be reapplied by contacting AES directly.Furthermore, the reallocation of your $3,719.17 payment resulted in a credit balance of $41.18 created on the UNCNS Loan. As a result, AES applied the $41.18 credit balance to your SUBCNS Loan portion, which satisfied the remaining balance of the bill due May 25, 2015. At this time, your SUBCNS Loan portion remains past due from June 25, 2015 for the amount of $120.83 (including a late fee of $2.29). We encourage you to remit a payment of $120.83 and restore the account to a current status or contact our office to discuss available repayment alternatives.If you have any questions, please contact our Customer Service Department at ###-###-####.
