Rushmore Loan Management Services LLC is owned by Roosevelt Management. These folks are pretending to be "servicers" when all they really want to do is to foreclose on homes. They are in the business of buying defaulted loans and then trying to collect on them. Too bad for them as they bought loans where the chain of title is broken. So what does Rushmore do? They create documents purporting to show that they have title. Just like BofA, Wells Fargo, Citicorp, WAMU, etc., all of whom had to sign Consent Orders regarding their forgery and fraud. So big banks have shed these bad loans (bad in that they have no clear title!!!) and have let new crooks like Ocwen, Greentree, Rushmore, etc., take over. States' Attorney Generals are slow to act on this but they will as more truth comes out.
So....in the first foreclosure complaint the plaintiff could not show standing so how does Rushmore pretend to have standing? Why they CREATE any document they need to fake it. Judges are too stupid or corrupt to see? Take your pick as they are routinely overturned in appellate court. Rushmore is a crooked outfit that needs to be reported to YOUR state's AG.

I refinance my mortgage with a company other than Rushmore months ago and have zero financial ties or debt with Rushmore. I receive 5-10 email per day from their website reminding me that my account has been deactivated. Despite calling the company several times, emails, and even blocking their email address, this continues to happen. I would suggest that if you do business with this company, you NEVER give them information such as email. I may have to change my own email address to get away from this company.

We received the accounts in which we saw many errors, with our hazard insurance, taxas, and mortgage payments. We also noticed that there is Life insurance that SPS fraudulently placed on us, we want that to be removed immediately and our money refunded back. Our hazard insurance claim paid DAB construction not SPS and I want those credits that were paid by me and my insurance company to be credited. We need an address to send all of our documents to your company. We also need the charges in the escrow account that you are claiming we owe.

I am still awaiting a fax of my escrow analysis which resulted in the payment of $2,006 per month which was requested last week. Additionally, I have just submitted a form requesting that the escrow shortage be spread over a 36 month period and a new analysis be performed. I would like this completed before my November 1, 2015 payment is due. As a result of the back and forth and ample time your company takes to process any requests it is now two weeks from November, I would like this analysis performed immediately and reflected for my November 1st payment.

We appreciate the opportunity to provide you with this written response.A letter was provided on January 4, 2017, which explained Rushmore’s process for handling insurance proceeds and the process for disbursing funds. The letter stated one-third of the funds would be disbursed at the beginning of the repairs and one-third would be disbursed upon 50% completion of the repairs. The final third would be disbursed when the repairs are completed. Property inspections will take place to confirm the status of the repairs prior to funds being disbursed. You signed and returned the letter acknowledging the process. Enclosed are copies of the letter from January and the signed copy you returned.Rushmore's records indicate two checks have been disbursed. A check was issued in the amount of $2,835.00 payable to you and [redacted]. Another check was issued to you and Affordable Water in the amount of $3,250.60. An inspection took place in March and only 10% of the repairs were completed. Per the process, the next insurance disbursement cannot occur until 50% of the repairs are completed and confirmed.As of the date of this correspondence, the account is 6 payments delinquent and contractually due for the November 1, 2016, monthly installment. [redacted]Hello, Rushmore has not sent me any refund, as of last night 5/10/16 at 7:30PM, Representative [redacted], informed that they showed my refund in their system,  today, a Rushmore Representative  Shevea, informed me that they have mail me out my refund on monday 5/9/16.Also,the amount owed is over $2,000.00 it includes funds returned to Rushmore from the Town of East Hartford for over payment of taxes.As of today at 7:30PM I have not receive anything from Rushmore at anytime. Thank You

Our records show that the force-placed
flood insurance policy for your loan has been canceled. A new flood
determination was received on December 30th, 2015 and showed that your
property was not in a flood zone.  Additionally, the full amount of the
premium that was paid was credited back to your escrow account.
 
A letter was mailed to you on
January 6th, 2016 stating that flood insurance was no longer
required on your property.  An escrow analysis was completed on February
1st, 2016 and your monthly payment has been adjusted.

Your account was set up on an ACH draft payment method with the next draft date set to occur on August 1, 2016. Unfortunately, the posting of the payoff and the ACH draft overlapped due to weekend processing. ACH drafting was cancelled as of August 2, 2016.On August 18, 2016 a refund check was issued to the address on file of [redacted] for $3,631.26, and on August 22, 2016, a second refund check was issued for $2,984.27 to the same address. Rushmore was not provided with a new mailing address until you contacted our office on September 10, 2016, and updated your mailing address to [redacted]Both checks have since been returned to Rushmore as “unable to forward” on August 24, 2016, and August 29, 2016, respectively.
