account referenced above. Please note, Rushmore is the servicer of your Loan
and the owner of your Loan is the [redacted], [redacted].
 
Again we apologize for any confusion
or inconvenience this matter may have caused. Our records indicate the escrow
account was analyzed on November 16, 2015 effective with the November 2015 installment;
the new payment amount is $272.31 lower than what it was previously due to the
tax lines being updated. This change has been updated on the account and should
be reflective on the website at this time.
 
At Rushmore, all customer concerns
are important to us. As of the date of this correspondence, the

Dear [redacted]:Rushmore Loan Management Services LLC (Rushmore) is writing in response to your complaint filedwith the Revdex.com (Revdex.com) on November 14, 2015, regarding the mortgage loan accountreferenced above. Please note, Rushmore is the servicer of your Loan and the owner of your Loan is[redacted] Society, FSB, d/b/a [redacted], as trustee for the [redacted] MortgageLoan Trust, Series 2015-1, which is a privately held trust.We have conducted an investigation and it was determined Rushmore has previously providedappropriate response to your concerns with the attached correspondence dated November 12, 2015.As advised, Rushmore cannot speak on behalf of the prior servicers of the account, and can only attest toactions which occur during the time Rushmore began servicing the loan. The servicing responsibilities ofthe loan transferred from [redacted]) to Rushmore effective July 1,2014.At the time of transfer, the loan was in active Bankruptcy, contractually due for the February 1, 2013monthly payment, with a negative escrow balance of $12,999.95. Our records indicate Rushmorepreviously provided you with proper response to your escrow concerns on October 9, 2015.Upon conclusion of our investigation we are unable to confirm your referenced statement by anyRushmore representative in regard to the application of your trial modification payments to the principalbalance of the loan.With regard to the referenced attorney, foreclosure, legal, and corporate advance fees, please note all feesaccrued by the account are in accordance with the terms of your executed mortgage.The referenced returned payments were returned as there was no active loss mitigation workout on theloan and the payments submitted were not enough to bring the loan current or reinstate the loan. Rushmore Loan Management Services is a debt collector, who is attempting to collect a debt. Any information obtained will be used for thatpurpose. If this debt is in or has been discharged in a bankruptcy proceeding, be advised this communication is not an attempt to collect the debtagainst you.
