Rushmore Loan Management Services LLC (Rushmore) is wntmg in response to your complaint
submitted to the Revdex.com (Revdex.com) on August II, 2014, regarding the mortgage loan account
referenced above. Please note, Rushmore is the servicer of your Loan and the owner of your Loan is U.S.
Bank, National Association as Legal Title Trustee for Truman 2013 SC4 Title Trust, which is a privately
held trust.
We have conducted an investigation and it was determined the servicing responsibilities of the loan
transferred from Wells Fargo Home Mortgage (Wells) to Rushmore effective February 19, 2014, as a
conventional loan, with a payment amount of $766.58 and an interest rate of 2.91900%. At the time of
transfer the loan was due for the October 15, 2013 monthly payment and $237.39 in late charges.
Our records indicate the Chapter 13 Bankruptcy was completed on March II, 2014, and removed from
the account. On April 30, 2014, the loan assessed its first late charge of $33.76, since servicing began
with Rushmore. Please note, on July 10, 2014, Rushmore made an adjustment to the account removing
both the assumed $237.39 and assessed $33.76 late charges. Attached you will find copies of both the
Wells and Rushmore Payment Histories as well as your most recent Mortgage Statement for your records
and review.
As of the date of this correspondence, the account is three (3) payments delinquent and contractually due
for the June 15, 2014 monthly installment. Please note, at this time there is no foreclosure activity on your

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted],  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.I printed the paperwork off the Rushmore website to apply for assistance.  I filled it out and checked off all required documents required on the checklist and made sure everything was in the FedEx express envelope.  That envelope was dropped off at FedEx on April 25th.  I have the tracking number available if needed.As for the phone calls, I will gladly send you the last few months' worth of my phone bills to prove the times I attempted contact with my SPOC.  There should be record of the times recently I spoke to customer service who told me that they would email [redacted] and have her call me back.  She never contacted me.  There are no missed calls from her at all.  A couple of times after speaking to customer service I again called [redacted]'s direct line and left a message and did not get a response.  There also was never any response to my emails sent, of which I have copies as well.  I am more than happy to produce all of this if you would like.

I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com #[redacted] regarding Rushmore not meeting with me or even allowing me to speak with a representative. I have been out of the country and when I returned I received a letter stating that they explained to me why they told me I was current with my payments but I still need to pay them twice my mortgage. This is not true. They gave me a customer service number to call to discuss options signed by [redacted]. This number gives me a recording telling me to pay them without being able to speak with anyone. Help! What must I do to speak with someone from this company. I am not the only person to have this problem with Rushmore from there online reviews.Desired Outcome: Resolve this issue and refinance my mortgage with a professional institution.

I asked to be supplied with credit reports verifying that this incorrect information was not sent on to the credit reporting agencies.  This seems like a reasonable request to me.  Send a threatening letter in error, give a home owner the piece of mind they are asking for free of charge.

While Rushmore was handling our near foreclosure they quickly answered our calls and e mails. After this issue was resloved. They were appointed to handle a insurance claim which included issuing checks to pay contractors on a timely basis. There has been several mistakes they did with not paying contractos for 6 months to paying current contractors the wrong amounts. Since then they refuse to return any calls and emails we have sent. Now we are burdened to pay the contractors ourselves even though the insuance company tells us that they have issued checks to Rushmore. I would encourage anyone who thinks about doing business with this mortage company to think twice

Negligent in handling request for recast submitted by Hamp escalations. Omar has refused to cooperate with requests. The recast should have been applied in March. They will be responsible for all applicable retroactive over payments Omar stated. Getting ready to pursue litigation between them and the hamp escalation team headed by Tim Mc Clarity.
