CANCELLED my service with them January Still receiving bills from them and threats of sending me to a collection agencyToday is August 5, and just received another billCan never get anyone on phone

I am rejecting this response because: my Mother who is years old and now in a nursing home did not remember she had ordered the product or understood she would be charged $every month that she had the deviceAs I mentioned she was hospitalized in late May, around the time your company sent the device and it was never opened or activatedTherefore, we feel she should be reimbursed, as no one in the family even knew the product was delivered or at her home, and by charging an elderly, sick woman who did not even remember ordering your product, your company took advantage by continuing to charge her, after explaining the situation, which does not reflect good business customer service towards your customersWe would appreciate you returning months of charges of $to my mother's credit card, ending in *** in the amount of $to * *** ** *** *** *** *** *** She needs this money as now she is living in a nursing facility and was not aware you had been charging her all these monthsI believe you charged her more than we are asking for

I recently filed a complaint that the Revdex.com took upon itself to consider resolved regarding complaint # ***I have yet to received a letter in writing from Safe Home Security that my service has been cancelled and I own nothingI was totally surprised to search and find that the Revdex.com considered this resolvedNow today, I receive in the mail, a bill for the total of $because these people refuse to cancel my service and have failed to let the billing department know of thisI will not pay this, I refuse to pay this and I consider myself having no service from this companyNow this is falling into the realm of harassment considering how many times I've tried to talk to these peopleIf the Revdex.com considers the very flimsy response from MrColin Walsh, Corporate Account Manager of Safe Home Security as all I need to be satisfied, I'm disappointedAll I want is a written statement on their letterhead that my account has been cancelled and I owe nothingI fear the response he gave will not stand up in court or prevent me from now being turned into collections for not paying for service after I cancelled the serviceAny charges billed to me are fraudulent beyond May 24,

It was brought to our attention that *** *** has filed a complaint against Safe Home Security IncWe have addressed all of his concerns regarding the services he needs for his alarm security system. A technician serviced *** home and corrected his alarm and camera problems
Throughout this process, we went on to explaining if he did in fact wanted to cancel his account there would be a buyout fee that’s applicable ; Customer said he will continue to make complaints until he gets his wayWe did offer the customer with credits in his account when he first called us about the services not working properlyWe weren’t able to provide any more credits as we did in fact have a technician ready to service and customer refused all servicesIn addition, *** agreement remains valid due to the fact that we offered to make repairs and offer services and he declined them allThe offer still remains open if the customer changes his mind and allows us to service his home

I had signed up for their service unfortunately without checking the reviews for their company firstAt the time I signed up for their service, the Senior Sales Rep that came to my house explained that I could cancel any time as long as it was in writingAnd when he left that day, he did not give me a copy of my contract, stating that it would be reviewed and a copy would be mailed back to me at a later dateMy bill kept increasing and I had just gotten divorced and my financial situation had drastically changed, so I sent a letter to cancel my service and was told I could not cancel my service until the renewal date was reached (years)After repeated calls and being treated very rudely on the phone and multiple letters I finally disconnected all the equipment myself shipped it back to the company along with a check for all that was owed up to that dateI just received another bill for monitoring services, not sure how since they have all their equipment back

I did talk with Gray from the resolutions dept. he has given me two additional months of free monitoring. Someone is to come out and retrain me on the system next Thursday so we should be good to go. He said the others that were involved were terminated by that company or they were scammers

I would rate this company at a ZERO!
I have had the worst customer service you could possibly haveDaryl yelled at me at first until I asked him if I could talk to he's supervisor and then he finally got helpfulIf you call helpful, not doing anything reallyI have also setup two different appointments for service at my home and neither time did a tech show up for itThere seems to be a disconnect with safe home security and the techs, that's even if they are calling the techs to come out, which I never got a call from themThey also would not give a number to call the techs myself and would help me try and figure out what was going onJust blaming the techsI pay every month for this service and yet, I can not even use it!
I would stay away from this company if you are looking for a security systemThe worst, the worst, the worstI hope this helps someone else

This is the place you should run from they will not return your calls they tried to trick me into resigning a contract with them and my security system has been unplugged for years and they didnt even know it wasnt working so tell me how they are monitoring anythingthey are a joke

I originally signed up for my home alarm service with *** Security in May of That company has since been dissolved and it was turned over to *** *** ***The company that monitors my system has changed three times in seven yearsThe current company is *** *** located in San Ramon, CAI called yesterday to cancel my service, and they told me that my contract wasn't up yetAccording to them, my contract renewed for two years when *** took over the monitoringAccording to my original paperwork, the contract renews for successive one year renewal terms, unless cancelled by either part in writing no less than thirty days prior to the end of the then-current termThe reason I want to cancel is because the alarm system, according to their technician is no longer working, so any alarm would not go to their monitoring systemThey want me to buy a new system for $500.00, which, being on Social Security, is not in my budgetthen told me that I would have to pay $to cover the remainder of the contractI asked them why I should pay for a service that wasn’t going to alert them

First of all I don't have to lie about ANYTHING unlike *** !First of all This account was not set up as a business account but it was discussed fully by the sales rep who initially called us and *** knew full well what this service was going to be used for .In regards to the second lie I requested the smoke detector at the same time as that was one of the request by the inspector so it was not as a after thought! Also the detector was NEVER placed in my kitchen it was always in the daycare but was by the door and I placed a call to him to have it moved over farther which has nothing to do with anything but since he brought that up I responded.*** knew from the beginning that this was for my daycare and that upon completing other tasks I would inspected I don't why he insists on not stating the truth !And it didn't take over seven months to get the inspection the customer service department has my disposition from the Fire Marshall showing the inspection taking place on April 28,IT TOOK Mr.M*** AND THIS COMPANY MONTHS to return calls.The alarm system was activated properly no call was made into the company calls are being recorded for quality assurance right well run it.Im sure if you read on the Facebook page CUSTOMERS AGAINST SAFE HOME SECURITY one would clearly see who is being truthful here.As far as him being professional if you call that attire professional okay no comment ,no return calls then when he does its excuse after excuse okay I will not recommend this anyoneI just found out a elderly lady in my neighborhood did the same way you will reap this one day!Have a good day

On 9/21/the customer had spoken with a Safe Home RepresentativeThey scheduled service and agreed to a $charge to replace the outdated equipmentOn 9/24/the technician called in and spoke to a Safe Home Representative in the Dispatch
DepartmentThe Tech was expressing the customer did not want to pay for the $equipment fee Upon further review, it appears the Dispatch Representative told the tech to perform the work for no charge We have issued a credit on the account for the $ Mike T*** Safe Home Security Sebethe DrCromwell, CT###-###-#### *** *** ***

It is inaccurate and portrays the business in a reputable manner which THIS customer HAS NOT experienced They allege "fair" resolutions being offered which have, in fact, been patsy-offers: they offered to switch service to another house as an estimated value of $199, however the house they offer to move service to IS already on their service and the second house our family was bamboozeled into signing a 5-year coverage contract for The contract is legal and binding - therefore, the only modification would be made by the company and the consumer coming agreed on terms The consumer has asked modification to allow departure from service (which has not been used since mother moved in with dimentia) from 5-years to 4-years, by allowing the PRE-PAID for the YEAR amount to conclude the contract The company sales rep badgered elderly client (mom) into signing the 5-year contract by calling daily and threatening her with her house not being safe if she failed to sign.
The company also offered for a tech to review the system at MY house, which is the only one still under contract, as we sold mom's house, provided the HUD statement, and finally were able to stop paying for TWO systems which we don't use because they are too confusing to mom and the home healthcare folks who are always at the houseno fear of break-ins when there are people at the house 24-
SO - I will send my letter of DO NOT AUTOMATICALLY re-SIGN ME UP FOR A LONGER SERVICE OBLIGATION in April when I pay for my service (THAT I DON't USE) a year in advance I will take a picture of the check, the letter, and retain the cancelled check for future legal recourse should this corrupt company continue to charge me AFTER my 5-year contract naturally expires August 3, 2018, as suggested by SO MANY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMERS on Revdex.com complaints and social mediaThis complaint is NOT resolved - I will continue to voice my displeasure as a First Amendment right to my American Citizenship

I have been trying to cancel this contract for years A certified letter was mailed days prior to the ending date as instructed However, the payment was deducted from my checking account yesterday When I called today I was informed the person whom I need to speak to will call me back on Monday How can this contract be cancelled?

This company is absolutely terrible! My alarm has gone off (by accident) and never receive any kind of follow-up And now that my contract is up, I can't cancel because I was supposed to send them something in writing days prior! I absolutely despise this company and wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy!
