The credit repair process takes up to 15 days to fix your
credit. I just pulled your file and submitted it to be cancelled. Please
disregard any letters (bills) that were sent to you. I do apologize because I
had one of my reps send out a mass amount of letters not realizing your account
was included.

I agree to this resolution, but if possible, I would like a written clarification of this solution, either by mail or email from Safe Home Security. [redacted] or mail [redacted]
I do not agree to the response from Safe Home Security, Inc. I accidentally clicked on agree while attempting to read the company's response. I disagree, I will not pay their collection company. Because I do not owe them money for services they did not provide after I notified them (May 2012) that I had disconnected the security system and was cancelling service. They owe me a refund for the invoices I paid after multiple attempts to cancel their services starting in Sept. of 2011. Thank you [redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I was not told that the heirs are NOT responsible for the payment due. So, if that is the case, since my name is not on the contract, that the contract is now completed.

Our devices save lives every day and I'm not sure how your mother was taken advantage of. During a phone conversation 7/5 the client was informed the unit must be returned to us to cancel accounts and stop billing. We recieved the unit back this past week and a refund is not due. Our service manager has already spoken with [redacted] and while we sympothize with the request we recieve these requests daily and simply cannot operate a business without clients paying monthly while they are in possession of our equipment. The account is cancelled and there will be no further billing but we do not see a justifiable refund due as our equipment was in the clients possession.
DO NOT have anything to do with these people. If you win a "free" security system, which is how we ended up using their services, make sure it's not through them!!! When we cancelled our service with them at the end of our contract we were harassed. I was told that if our house burned down and my family was killed or if someone broke in and murdered my family,it would be my fault for cancelling their services. They called twice a week for weeks asking why we cancelled and asking us to come back and continued to call us on a regular basis for 3 YEARS, Even after we changed to a non published number they somehow got their hands on it and called. They started asking for my husband after I told them off and when I would tell them he was working they would just tell me they wold call in the evening. It got to the point if I answered the phone they would just hang up. I knew it was them because their business name came up on the caller ID. ON top of all that, after we cancelled our contract, after we fulfilled it, they reported to the credit agencies that we were 90 days late for payments for over a year past the cancellation date, negatively impacting our credit score. Thank goodness I found that, I reported them to the Revdex.com The calls finally stopped earlier this year after my husband called their legal department and threatened to file a complaint with the FCC for the harassing phone calls
Service is scheduled for 8/9 to repair the customers system.
As a courtesy for the years as a customer we have closed the account with no further obligation. The credit reporting however was accurate and the customer did not pay or close the account without a back balance. If they feel a discrepancy exists the correct procedure is to dispute with...

Account #: [redacted] Dear sir or Madam:
[redacted] We have tried reaching you by phone and were unable to contact you. Per your request I am contacting you by email. What I would like to do is set up a service appointment to have Zach (SAME INSTALLER) make repairs and check for any damage. What days/times can you have someone be at the home so I can send the tech? You will not charge you for this service call. In regards to adding the warranty, unfortunately a new agreement would be needed. It would extend your current agreement by 2 years. ...⇄ ###-###-#### ext [redacted] pan style='font-size:11.0pt;color:#1F497D'>Safe Home Security 55 Sebethe Dr. Cromwell, CT. 06416 ###-###-#### ###-###-#### Fax ###-###-#### Credit Line mailto:[redacted] www.safehomesecurityinc.com https://www.facebook.com/pages/Safe-Home-Security-Inc/13984[redacted]9

I apologize if you felt you were mistreated by any of the representatives that you have spoken with. Safe Home Security will honor what the customer was told on the phone call and the account will be sent to cancellation at the end of this...

The customer was already explained yesterday morning that we were submitting a credit repair request. The credit bureaus themselves take up to 30 days to update their records. There is nothing more Safe Home Security can do other than send the request to the credit bureaus. We have already agreed to...
do that for the customer, and this was already done. I am not sure what else caused the customer to file a Revdex.com complaint. Unless they are requesting something additional, their desired resolution was agreed to before they filed a complaint.
I would NOT recommend Safe Home Security to even my worst enemy! They are sleazy salespeople who strong arm elderly clients into a contract. Then when the person is deceased, they put the squeeze on their family members and tell them they have to honor the contract although the person they had the contract with has passed away. I think this is horrible business. Then they say you can cancel with a written letter, death certificate and wait another 60 days to stop the contract. What a RIP-OFF!

We have been telling the customer since mid December to pay half the balance and we will service the system. We do not service systems that are delinquent on payments. We will meet the customer half way on it. Pay $150 by March 30 and we will service.
