Reps were extremely nice and quickly set up an appointment, even triple checking to make sure everything was absolutely correct to avoid any delays.

My experience with this company was excellent. I live in Prescott and called SafePro with questions about a new windshield...[redacted] was very pleasant, helpful and answered all my questions. I had them come out to my work 2 days later to replace the windshield...they arrived on time and did a fast, professional job and left everything very clean. I also appreciate the technicians giving me more than just the usual helpful tips to ensure the best result. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing auto glass work.

Had a rock completely crack my windshield on the way home from work, made 2 calls and Safepro handled the rest from there. Extremely nice and proficient. Had me scheduled for a replacement the very next morning and they worked around my schedule. [redacted] was incredibly nice and knowledgeable. Will def use this company for any future issues.

Review: Windshield was supposed to be replaced along with equal tint strip that already existed on the window. Which the tint strip request was noted on the work order. When technician replaced the windshield the tint strip was nonexistent. A check for $25 was offered and refused for the missing tint strip. They said they would send their window tinter out to add the tint strip. No contact was made by SafePro. We then called in and was hung up on, which a call was then made again in which I was transferred to Voicemail. A return phone call was never received. Then the same check was mailed to my residence with no further clarification from SafePro. It is as if they gave us a check it solves the problem.Desired Settlement: It will cost me more time and money to take my vehicle to have the tint strip added myself. 1st, is twenty five dollars how much it cost to have this done? 2nd, who knows how much gas I'll be using to get to the destination to have this task completed as I am in the outskirts of the valley. 3rd, how many hows of pay will I lose to take off of work to have the labor and drive time for the tint strip?
