They scheduled my replacement windshield the same day I called, and came out to my business to conduct the work within the time-frame they stated to me. SafePro made the whole process so easy. I had put off fixing my windshield because I had a lot going on and that just seemed like one more thing on my plate. Once I finally decided to call them and get the ball rolling, I realized I should have done it a long time ago! They completely take the reigns and do everything for you. [redacted] helped me in the chat online and then on the phone and she was amazing. The tech who came to our home was as well and both seemed to really enjoy what they did and were so courteous and friendly. I would recommend SafePro to anyone!

I recently had my windshield cracked on my way to work and couldn't drive home before getting it fixed. Although SafePro was busy because of the monsoon, they squeezed me in. Their installation people were friendly and professional and on time. They made it a very good ending to a bad experience.

I have never had to go through the process of starting a claim for a windshield as I have always just paid it. The windshield I needed this time was simply far too expensive for me, so I did decide to use my insurance. The customer service at SafePro was excellent and they handled the entire process for me within a 15 minute phone call, I had to put forth very little effort to start the claim or appoitment. I like that SafePro comes to you, but the best part- the warranty they offer on free chip repair, why go anywhere else!? Very happy customer!

A rock hit my windshield Saturday safepro replaced it by Monday. I just called and maxwell got me set up with my insurance and Adam my tech got it replaced earlier than scheduled Monday. Probably the best window replacement service from start to finish
