Fast service and the work was excellent. The two men that came to my house were very friendly and knew what they were doing. It did not take them very long to complete the job and everything was perfect. I will definitely use them again if I need to.

Excellent company to deal with... work is done in a timely fashion and they have a great warranty.

This was my first time having a windshield replaced with SafePro and it went really well. I talked with [redacted] who had a great attitude and was very friendly. I will be calling them again for any future glass replacements.

They were quick and professional. Had issues with another company and they did it all switching the information over and getting out the next day replacing the window.

I had a windshield replaced by Safe pro auto glass under a promotion. If I had my windshield replaced through my insurance I would receive a check from part of the profit. The sales representative promised to have the technician hand deliver it at time of install. When the technician completed the installation I ask about the promotional check, to which the technician stuttered saying he wasn't given one and I should receive it in 7-14 days by mail. After the technician completed the job and left I called and spoke with the sales representative to verify the technician's statement. The sales representative told me that the check was made out and with the work order for my windshield, the check was no where to be found in the office. So the sales rep made good on the check and I received it in the mail soon after.

But my concern was not about the money, it was about what happened to the check and make sure my identity has not been compromised. I found out from the promotional representative that the check was deposited into an account to a bank that I have no affiliation with and my signature was forged on the back of the check. The promotion representative sent me a copy of the check to which I clarified it was not my signature. The promotion rep said she would contact the bank to find out what they needed to do because this was the first time they have had a situation like this.

This all started at the end of May of 2014. No matter how may messages I left I never received a return call, until I left a dissatisfied review on SafePro's website. About an hour after I received a oh one call from the installation manager apologizing for dropping the ball and that he would handle it. Once again I have not heard from him for over two weeks and have not received any return phone calls regarding message(s) I have left.

Now, nearly three months since this issue had arised, I finally received a call from the promotional representative apologizing for not following up with the issue and assuming that it had been taken care of. She said that she has spoken to her bank contact and forms will need to filled out and possibility of filing a police report. I was told I should hear back from her in a few hours and receive forms to fill out regarding check fraud and forgery.

Unfortunately with how this situation has been handled I doubt I will be doing business with SafePro again.

I was very pleased with the professional manner in which this company operates. [redacted] the installer/tech was very professional, courteous and timely. [redacted] too was very professional and prompt. She set up the appointment over the phone and handled everything with the insurance company. Overall a great experience. Will be recommending in the future.

SafePro was prompt, efficient, and quick. The employee who came out was experienced, clean cut, and very nice. I would recommend this company.

Got us in same day, with a great cash back promotion. Gave us window of 12-5 and driver was here and gone by 1:00. Didn't expect that!

Great service experience, Professional, friendly service technician was wearing a nice uniform. He was polite, friendly and explained everything he did when he exchanged my broken windshield for a new one. They also gave me a free chip repair warranty for the life of my windshield. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Review: I had my windshield replaced by this company. I took the vehicle to their corporate office in Tempe to get it done, rather than them come to me. The technician took my car around the back to the shop. During the 45 minute wait for it to be done, I heard him start my car twice and rev the engine unnecessarily high. When he finished and pulled the car back around, I was inspecting the windshield. There was dirty handprints all over my car. The paint was chipped all along the trim. He also somehow lost a bolt to the grille under my wiper arms. I was so frustrated that I paid and left. When I got home I immediately called them to complain. They said the manager would call me back in a couple days. Over the course of 2 weeks I talked to the manager and the owner and they both said they didn't do anything to my car but offered to fix the grille and give me a free replacement windshield, which is actually included in their guarantee. So he really didn't do anything. It's been over a month now and I still have yet to hear from them about fixing the grille, let alone the paint chips. I am completely dissatisfied with the service I received and will never recommend anyone to go there. It was and still is a bad experience.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive a full refund. I feel like the paint chips and broken wiper grille would equal a refund. I am done trying to talk to that company to try to get this solved.

I [redacted] have denied SafePro's response because I do not feel they are sincere. They offered me a free windshield but honestly, I would never take my car or anyone else's vehicle to them for any work. The paint damage alone is worth as much or more than a windshield. They're constant denial of them supposedly not causing the damage makes me want a refund and to leave this be afterwards.

I would like to add that the owner of this company [redacted] had bent over backwards trying to solve this issue. There's always going to be mistakes made by any company. I might've just got unlucky. But [redacted] has taken very good care of me and has made sure that I was a happy customer. I really do appreciate that and it means a lot to feel like my opinion and voice does matter, even to a business owner. I would highly recommend Safepro Auto Glass to anybody.

I am very upset with safepro they lied to me about two thangs and treeated me bad I have used them before for my windsheald and fhey were good but I went back for a vent window to be repaired and they lied to me and I was was treated very wrong they told me that the trim I needed was going from the nissan dealer and I check the dealer and the trim is not avaioable at the dealer and tyhen other parts I need was not asd much was they told me it was througth the dealer io it on those parts with dealer so I will not deal with safepro anymore to me they are not a A-plus company when they treat me the way they did
