These guys were top notch. David did a great job of setting up my appointment and making it all easy. The techs came out early while I was at work and installed my window for me. This was also awesome and saved me some time later in the day.

There is not enough good things I can say about my experience. Everything from scheduling the appointment to the replacement of my windshield was met with nothing but professionalism and ease. My technician Kyle came all the way out to Gold Canyon and met me with a friendly and knowledgeable explaination of to what to expect. I am new to Arizona and was shocked at how quickly my windshield got rock chips and a sizable crack. Kyle explained that my replacement even comes with a warranty for chip repair! Kyle was even able to replace it faster then anticipated. I will be a customer for life!

From the moment I called through my signature on the work order I was very pleased with the service I received. David was extremely helpful on my initial call, even set up a call with my insurance to complete my claim. I was given an appointment within 48 hours that accommodated my schedule. When it came time to replace my windshield, I received a call 10 minutes before they arrived and again when he was in the parking lot. Total replacement time was under 45 minutes. With one more call informing me the replacement was complete, a signature and some simple instructions; I was on my way. Very professional, through and kind. Will defiantly use again if ever needed.

She was friendly and kind over the phone and made sure that all my questions were answered as well as making sure my claim with my insurance company was finalized so that we could proceed to schedule my appointment for the following day. She made sure that windshield was in stock and made sure she made aware of the amount of cash I would be receiving for the services rendered. I had 2 cars that needed windshield replacements. My rep, David, took care of my claim very quickly. We set the appt for a Saturday morning and I told him my window was small due to a previous commitment. He said the tech could do one car so I could make my commitment and they would finish the other after I had left if I had to go before they were done. To my surprise, 2 techs showed up and completed both of my cars in about 30-45 mins. The father & son team did a fantastic job. They were both extremely nice and continued to thank me for letting them come out to do the work on my cars. I was blown away. Best experience I have ever had with a glass replacement company.
