Safe ProClass was a wonderful company to call and getting an estimate for replacement auto glass they were very kind spoke with Rep. [redacted] who is was helpful .my order was placed in a timely manner and work was done sufficiently an quick an service was done on time efficiently wonderful company would refer them again and will do business with them again .

I worked with [redacted] and he was very patient with the insurance company that did not have their act together at all. The technician called ahead of time as promised on the appointed day. All in all a positive experience!

I loved working with this company. Their customer service is awesome! They made it clear from the beginning of the call (picked them randomly off of Google search for new windshield) that I was important to them as a customer and that they cared about my satisfaction with their service. [redacted], the phone representative, was very easy to work with, very knowledgeable, and made me feel like they really were a family owned company that appreciated my business. The technician gave me a courtesy text message that he was on his way, arrived on time, and finished within the time frame he advised me it would take him. SafePro installed a new windshield on my vehicle. The entire process was easy and went smoothly from the first phone call to the actual installation. The installer was prompt, efficient, courteous and professional. I would suggest them for anyone and everyone and will use them again, if needed.

Then [redacted] was awesome and fixed everything in just 30 minutes and not a speck of glass was left to pickup. AWESOME EXPERIENCE!

Ken was amazing in walking me through everything. He made is extremely quick and easy. On top of that the glass replacement was so fast I couldn't believe they did such a great job. It's great to know they will fix a chip after a replacement. Definetly a returning customer after my experience

The appointment I made was successfully set, which included details about how the service provider would enter a gated facility and locate the vehicle in need of service. The service was successfully performed, including an honest assessment of what could and couldn't be fixed (windshield chip repair).

I was searching online to find a company to replace my windshield. I came across SafePro and contacted them to request a quote. I was contacted immediately and they even contacted my insurance company for me. They even went to my place of employment which is over 70 miles from their shop to replace my windshield. The two guys that replaced it were very efficient and very friendly. On top of it all they even sent me a refund check for 100 dollars. I referred a friend and she too was very pleased with the service she received. I will definitely use SafePro again for future glass needs.

Great service! They changed their scheduling to accommodate my work schedule and got someone out the same day as my claim. The sales staff was helpful and patient. The quality of work was good. Overall a great experience and I'd recommend them to friends.

I've had the pleasure of doing business with them 3 times. I have no desire to work with any other company. Not to mention the employees are extremely friendly and professional. Rafael makes me feel like part of an extended family. His help makes the entire process painless. That is hard to find in today's world.
