Our experience with SaifPro Auto Glass did not start out as a positive one. They did an amazing job on our windshield replacement, but our incentive that was promised was not delivered. When contacted, the owner, [redacted], personally drove out to our home to apologize and make things right with us. They have made a customer for life!!

In July of 2011, I had a windshield replaced by Safe Pro with their mobile repair service at my place of work. The installation and staff was exceptional; I had even taken time to call the office to express my satisfaction.

The more exceptional part of this was that in July 2013, I experienced a mechanical problem with the rearview mirror attachment bracket. Having since moved out-of-state, I contacted SafePro to see if they had a location near me to perform the repairs. As it happens, there is not one in my current state. Remarkably, this company told me to go to any reputable auto glass company and have the necessary repairs made. They offered to pay the company directly so that I would not be out of pocket at all.

My sincere thanks and appreciation to this company for standing behind their warranty even when it involved potential repairs being performed by another company and not forcing me to be out-of-pocket at all.
