Samsung has reviewed Ms*** complaint in regards to her phone. Our system shows the agent who handled the complaint spoke with Ms*** on 8/19/to discuss the complaint. The agent submitted a FOC (free of charge) follow up service request; reference Txt#
*** for the device due to promises she was given to send the device back for service. A UPS shipping label; reference UPS tracking number *** was issued for Ms*** to send the device in for service. Please have Ms*** send in the device (if she hasn’t already) at her earliest convenience in order to proceed with the claim. I am rejecting this response because: I did receive the refund but not until 2/24/As they stated they received the TV back on 2/7/that's weeks I had to wait for my refund not 3-days like they also stated in their responseI was without my money and or TV for weeks which is totally unacceptablethey need to work on their customer serviceI'll will never buy another samsung product and I will continue to tell anyone and everyone not to purchase anything samsungLet them know I bought a Sony and it works as advertised

Samsung would require a second evaluation of the product in order to provide resolution. No secondary evaluation was provided for the device in question.If the consumer choses replacement at the Service Provider level they must abide by the policies of that carrier. Samsung made several attempts to Mr*** by email *** on 01/30/at 05:pm and again 02/01/at 1:pm; Txt #*** apologizing for the miscommunication with Samsung. RE: “I have ordered a Samsung SSD PRO 512gb from *** on January 7th but the product
never shipped and estimate for next shipment was January 24thI contacted Samsung because they advertise same product on their site: ***/ with shipping dates 5-days after an orderI confirmed with the sales person that they do indeed have this product in stock and it will ship right away, I cancelled my *** order and ordered from them with those reassurancesFew days after I got a message that product is on backorder, and now it has been almost weeks and I got no updates on what is happening.” Up to date, there has been no response to our emails from Mr***. We appreciate your correspondence and allowing Samsung the opportunity to review your claim. In order for Samsung to provide assistance we will require the handset be shipped to the Samsung Repair Center for evaluation if the issue cannot be resolved by simple troubleshooting, or the service
provider cannot provide resolution. If the phone is still within its one year manufacturer’s warranty period, and repairs fall within the warranty guidelines; repair service will be rendered. As the manufacturer our obligation is to repair the unit, but we must be able to determine root cause for the issueAdditionally, if you have insurance through your service provider, some providers do offer a replacement policy on phones which need servicing. In some cases, they may send out a replacement phone and the defective phone is sent back to them in return. For more details on a possible exchange, please contact your service provider. If you would like to receive troubleshooting, or send in your handset for evaluation please contact Samsung Customer Support at *** If you are in need of a device during repair we would advise contacting your local service provider for possible loaner availability. I am rejecting this response because:This is a completely invalid responseI got a phone call from the office of the president and after taking minutes to explain how the handle broke off and caused damage to my refrigerator, she simply said they weren't going to do anythingJust to let everyone know, the inside door shelves of my refrigerator are also beginning to crack and break nowSamsung offered no resolution or assistance to my problem at allA broken handle is hardly what I would call cosmetic damageI will be sure to let everyone know the quality of product Samsung is producing and this has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had

Samsung has reviewed Mr*** claim in regards to his phone. Our system shows the agent who handled the claim advised Mr*** that Samsung cannot honor his request for a refund The agent was not able to validate the warranty of the device at the time of the call to
be able to validate its warranty. After the call ended, the agent was able to confirm the device was covered under warranty to be set up for service However, Mr*** had declined the offer for service and told the agent that he would explore his other options Mr*** wanted to know what phone he would use while his is being serviced. The agent advised Mr*** that Samsung doesn’t provide a loaner phone and he would need to find a temp phone. If Mr*** would like to be set up for service, please have him contact the agent who handled the claim or Samsung customer service for further assistance. We apologize for any inconveniences and delays the customer may have experienced with this case. Thank you
