I am rejecting this response because:
Samsung set up a service appointment and promptly cancelled it because they could not find any one close by to service the washerSamsung offered to buy back the washer which would leave me in a terrible position because it was on sale at the time and they would not reimburse me sales tax and the price of my extended warrantyIt seems Samsung never intended to uphold it's warrantyI am very disappointed in Samsung and my complaint against them standsThis matter should have been resolved in December and here it it April and I have a brand new leaking Samsung washer thanks to Samsung.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meI want to state that Samsung has asked that I return the TV and that they will not provide my refund until it is received I emailed them last week asking for a boxing kit to aid in packaging the unit and requested refund BEFORE the TV is returned as they have not proved to be honest or at all consumer friendly in the past months I have not yet received a reply from them Therefore, I do not know if or when this issue will be resolved

At the time of purchase, there was no mention that there would be at least a month delay in receiving the eCertificate. Additionally, this does not match either timeline given by Samsung customer service personnel. BTW, both of those timelines are well past and I have yet to receive the eCertificate. If their reply is accurate, then I guess I will have to continue to wait, but this information should have been given up front, and customer service should have been able to give me this info as well. I have little confidence in this latest timeline since the first two have gone by without any resolution. (Tomorrow, Jan will be months since I placed the order)

This is unacceptable as samsung has now had this watch for three months three months wasted of my warranty on a watch that they clearly cannot fixthis watch was in my posession for HRS upon receiving the device newI have had No Use within the three months of ownership and now they are replacing the motherboard yet againI will never purchase another samsung product and will make sure that my family and friends are aware of the horrible assistance that samsung provides to its consumers
