October 13, Dear Samsung, I am extremely disappointed in my last Aug purchase of a Samsung new washer and dryerModel # DV48J7700EW/AWhen you spend above decent money and not pick the very top of the line, but close to the top and have to pay to have a repair at 1/months after purchase....it leaves you pretty angry I find this Utterly ridiculous! I have a very bad taste in my mouth over SamsungSeeing the news each morning on your issues on your cell phones and ways of handling just intensify my angerWe are a blended family of and work extremely hard to stay aheadPaying our bills and and having the extra to help education our college students and high schoolBuying a washer and dryer was a necessity in our homeI hated my prior GE front loaderSo I had the sales person go over all brands and models excluding all front loadersWe agreed upon the SamsungWe borrowed the money from my parents to be able to purchaseI never dreamed months I would need to pay $to have repaired! There is no explainable explanation to why a brand new top line dryer would completely stop working and need repairedIt's despicable to say the very least!!! I am starting to believe manufactures are poorly making their product to have consumers have to buy more frequentlyIt's so sad!!!! Our next saved budget purchase was needing to be a TVI am now inclined to move Samsung to the bottom of my list to seeI am trying to decide who to present my issues withThe local paper, tv section that helps let the public know of a wrong, social media??!!! Just haven't decided yetI certainly do not want any of my family or friends to spend hard earned money on such a product that needs repair in less than years!! I'm a hair dresser who is constantly asked advice on everythingAt this point, Samsung washer and dryer will not be a promoted applianceShame on you!!!

As it has been advised the unit will require evaluation in order for resolution to be providedIf a consumer is in need of a device during evaluation we must again direct the user to their Service Provider for loaner availabilityT-Mobile does participate in a loaner phone program which means the user does not have to go without a unit during service time at Samsung.It is at the consumer's discretion whether to accept or decline the evaluation offerIf the wafacility is able to provide resolution Samsung will consider this matter closed successfullyHowever, if the wacenter is unable to provide resolution, the unit will need to be shipped to [redacted] for service.Both the waservice center, and the [redacted] repair facility can refer to the same Service Ticket # [redacted] for the required evaluation

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Why their several customer service departments could not resolve this matter and forced me to spend a great deal of time between October and the end of January to provide a replacement remote control is difficult to understandI have recounted (in my complaint) the various things I was told and the lack of responsiveness within their organization, and I hope they are addressed so that other consumers do not have to have a similar experience.Without the assistance of the Revdex.com I doubt Samsung would have addressed this problem, based on the history of their failure to do soSo in a larger sense, their response should not be viewed as acceptable, since there was no indication that Samsung is taking steps to address the underlying problemHowever, I consider this matter closed
