Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I waited to hear back from the repair company that was here twice and left a brand new compressor here for the refrigerator Samsung contracted repairman had no clue what was wrong with it I still have the brand new compressor here in a box and no one ever called or came back to install it Now all I have is a leaking refrigerator and a new compressor that was never installed I paid a lot of money for a refrigerator that lasted five years, and Samsung wants to just walk away from the problem Looks like a scam to me...warranty is up, product breaks downHaving a problem with my $2,000, five year old Samsung tv too Regards [redacted]

Samsung has reviewed Mrs [redacted] claim in regards to her television Our system shows the agent who handled the claim spoke with her on 5/15/and submitted a service request; reference Txt# [redacted] for the unit The service was completed on 5/19/and the unit was deemed physically damaged by the service technician Physical damage to the unit is not covered under Samsung’s Limited warranty Due to physical damage to the unit, no accommodations will be made for this claim We apologize for any inconveniences and delays the customer may have experienced with this case Thank you

Samsung has reviewed Mr [redacted] complaint in regards to his television Our system shows the agent assigned to the claim spoke with Mrs [redacted] to discuss the case The agent informed Mrs [redacted] that based off of the age of the unit, it no longer has value and Samsung cannot provide an exchangeThe agent informed Mrs [redacted] on the depreciation factor and further explained that if there was an exchange provided through Samsung, it would be the equivalent of purchasing a new unit from retailer Regrettably, no accommodations can be made for this claim Thank you for being a valued Samsung customer, we apologize for any inconveniences you may have experienced with this case

Samsung has reviewed Ms [redacted] complaint in regards to her dryer Our system shows the agent who handled the complaint spoke with Ms*** on 8/22/and submitted a refund request in the amount of $697.50; reference Txt# [redacted] due to no coverage in her area to service the unit On 9/01/17, a Response Required for Refund Process e-mail was sent to Ms [redacted] email on file with the acceptance document attached, along with instructions that are required to proceed with the refund A Refund/Compensation payment method website link e-mail was also sent requesting her preferred payment method An agent from the Refunds Deptattempted to contact Ms*** on 9/05/and 9/07/to request her payment method but was not able to reach her Please have Ms [redacted] either return the agents’ call or respond to the Refund/Compensation payment method website link e-mail with her payment method of choice and send in the acceptance document along with all required information at her earliest convenience in order for the Refund Deptto process the refund in a timely manner Thank you for being a valued Samsung customer, we apologize for any inconveniences you may have experienced with this case

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I am complaining because these are recurring problems This is the 3rd time the circuit board has gone out and the second time the rubber seal has deterioratedThis dishwasher is a LEMON It needs to be replacedThe warranty states "One (1) year All Part and Labor, Five (5) Years Linear Motion Parts, Printed Circuit Board ." It's not like I'm asking them to replace all four appliances, I just want a dishwasher that works There are literally over a thousand complaints on-line about this dishwasher Regards, [redacted]

The last email was regarding whether I found the response satisfactory Although I found the proposed solution satisfactory, it seems there is no obligation for the business to follow through with the proposed solution...and they have notThe proposed solution was for me to be contacted by someone from the "Marketing Promotion" team to be provided a "code" to redeem the promised promotional gear The email communication was sent well over a month ago and I have not yet heard anything from them, much less get a "code" to redeem the promotional gear

Upon further review of Mr [redacted] complaint, our system shows he was informed him that Samsung had determined that the package he sent the Gear camera in for repair, arrived at the service center empty The notes show that upon opening the package, it only consisted of bubble wrap and paper Base on this information, regrettably no accommodations can be provided for this claim Thank you for being a valued Samsung customer, we apologize for any inconveniences you may have experienced with this case
