Our files indicate that the customer’s request regarding model # NP355V5C-A01UB has been reviewed an additional time per customer rebuttal requestSamsung apologizes for the inconvenience caused when Mr [redacted] ’s notebook was damaged in shipping during its return to us for warranty repair service As a courtesy, Samsung provided a free of charge shipping label for the unit so Mr [redacted] did not have to incur those added costs to receive warranty assistance Unfortunately, the package and unit were damaged and a claim was filed Samsung paid for the shipping therefore, as the shipper on record, the claim was paid to us Although the unit may have been insured for $100.00, this in no way changed the refund available to Mr [redacted] and he was refunded the full purchase price of the Samsung notebook NP355V5C as listed on the Best Buy receipt provided dated 11/22/ Respectfully, Samsung is declining the request for reimbursement for any printer related costs or any 3rd party contracts/services These items were purchased by Mr [redacted] in addition to the notebook and not provided by Samsung nor supported or warranted in any way by usWe apologize for any inconveniences and delays the customer may have experienced with this caseFor further inquiries, please contact Samsung at ###-###-#### between the hours of 9AM and 6PM, Monday through Friday, and refer to case # [redacted] Thank you

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I have contacted Samsung and they sent me their repairman (I have all records) who charged me money and made the yo refrigerator to perform much worse and virtually made it uselessI was mislead by Samsung representative via email that I will be offered an "accommodation" if Samsung did the repair, failed ans now is unable to repair the fridgeThe fridge was handled extremely careful, was inspected by independent expert and has no wear and tear defects except defects which are there since it's manufacture and/or designI saw lots of similar complaints filed against samsung, the quality of their fridges and the repair worksThis is Samsung product ans this is Samsung servicemanThis is purely Samsung fault which Samsung fails to admitI have also opened the complaint against Samsung and their service contractors with State of [redacted] DA Office (Consumer affairs) [redacted]
