Frequent customer with great experiences...One thing, though: Shortly after I started using SD bullion more frequently, I started getting mail from ***, a D+ rate non-accredited outfit trading in precious metals. I divine by this that either SD Bullion gave or sold my information to them, or their systems are not secure. I hope they tighten up their ship.
No spot price given on purchase.
You cannot get the spot price you paid for your purchases. Invoice does not show it - only a total that your grand total was $X. That can be affected by the payment pethod you chose. When you call customer support you are told, "It was somewhere around $X". This isn't good enough for IRA purposes - need a printed spot price that is submittable.
I need an uodated invoice that shows the details for my order.

I apologize you are displeased with our invoice. Our system does not currently record the spot price on the invoice when the order is submitted. If you place the order over the phone you can request that the trader adds that note and information to your order. The live spot price is at the top of the website and can be documented at the time the order is submitted. We process many precious metals IRA orders and this has never been an issue. No IRA custodian we have worked with has requested this specific information be on the invoice.
However, our website developers have plans to add that spot price to the order invoice and the order page under customer accounts. This has to be custom built and will take some time but it is on the list of requested improvements.

This spot price issue seems to be in thw works for correction.
SD Bullion offers the biggest selection and best prices anywhere! I use them every time I buy precious metals.

SD Bullion is a excellent business to buy bullion from. I have made several purchases from them and am very please with the price because they have the best prices around on normal every day prices and have some very good sale priced items. I've contacted them by phone for a mistake I made and they were more the courteous and helpful to resolve my problem. I can't say enough about my dealing with them other than they're my main source of bullion and always have the best pricing.

On November 25, 2018 I placed an order with SD Bullion order #*** in the amount of $260.93. To date I have never received the order.
I placed an on line order with SD bullion in the amount of $260.93 which was charged to my credit card. To date I have not received the order. SD Bullion is saying the order was shipped but I never received the product. The order number is #***.
I want the order that I paid for on my credit card to be delivered and I want to take physical possession of the product that was promised me.

According to our records we responded to an email sent on Dec. 10th. The email response stated the following:
"This tracking information is showing delivered. Please contact the local post office and verify that this was in fact delivered, and that they do not have it. We can start a USPS investigation if they claim that they do not have it, and you did not take possession."
As best as I can tell we were not contacted after that email was sent. I apologize for the miscommunication as from our perspective it would appear the package was located and delivered. I will have a representative reach out to you today by phone to get more details on the case. This package should have delivered with your regular mail on 11/30/2018.

SD Bullion has opened up a missing package investigation, but to date I have not received the package that I paid fo. I will not be happy until I receive my package.

I have never received the item that I paid for. The date is January 8, 2019. I mailed a package claim for to SD Bullion but to date have not received the item and my credit card has been charged for something I did not receive. I want the item that I paid for shipped to my address.
SD Bullion is a great company. I have done business with them for many years. Very professional, good product, and excellent prices.
