I put in an order for 3/4 ounces of gold. Chose the wire transfer method as eChecking is apparently only allowed for returning customers. Well my bank uses this stupid third party to wire money and that wasn't compatible for some reason with SDBullions account information.

So I sent in an email kind of complaining as I also ran into issues with their website during this process, and cancelled my order. Their response in not so obvious way (referencing their terms of service section about collections), was, send us the money now or we turn you into collections.

I'm thinking, "dude, I just placed the order two days ago, why cant you just cancel the order?", I think these guys are leeching middle man with no actual inventory. I see no other reason for them to bully their customers this way. Or maybe I am just accustomed to other more widely used businesses that don't mind cancelling your order.

I will not be ordering from these guys ever again. Real bummer too because they do have good prices. Just terrible customer service and rather inconvenient payment methods for a rural guy like me.
