Thank you for your feedback. We are always striving for the best Customer Service possible. This order was cancelled due to non payment. As you know, once an order is placed in precious metals, it is a locked trade and we cannot just canel the order. SD Bullion has made multiple attempts to reach out to you to resolve this matter. Since we have not received any response to any of our attempts to reach out to you, this has been sent to collections. We would not be able to fulfill this order due to the time that has lapsed in you contacting us.
If there is anything further SD Bullion could do to help please let us know.

I have recorded phone conversstion w the girl in customer service telling me that they did not have the product I ordered in stock and it would be no problem to cancel my order, no mention that they would now send me to collections.
Btw. I will be forwarding their collection amount they are seeking, its a joke.
I didnt want to take this route but I am now taking my complaint to the media as well
In this terrible environment this country is in right now the last thing we need is companies preying on consumers.
I was wondering if I could get a list of all the consumers complaining against SD bullion from the Revdex.com
Or if the Revdex.com could point me in the direction to get this list.

All trades locked with SD Bullion are locked trades regardless of pre-sale or delayed shipping as stated in our terms of service. This is standard across the industry as we hedge the market price at the same time you purchase from us. If the market price goes down and we do not receive payment for an order, our company loses money. In addition to hedging, there is also significant operational costs to back out of a trade. This is no different than if you purchase a stock off of the stock exchange and decide to change your mind a week later because the price went down.

It's our desire for us to settle this issue outside of collections, but our team has been unable to reach you. Please contact us by calling *** to resolve the matter at your earliest convenience. We will also try to contact you again by phone tomorrow if we do not hear back from you.

I wired money to the bank, the money got sent back. SD bullion claims that they didn't sent back the money. I contacted my bank and it was sent back by either the Bank of America or the company itself. The end result is that I had to pay for the transfer back fee. I couldn't trust the wire so I had to cancel and I had to pay about $200. For the future customer don't do wire transfer. In the future, I will shop at local coin shop. SD Bullion should set up better system for money transaction.

On 7/18/2020 I Made a purchase from SD Bullion, for Silver Bullion in the amount of $885.20, To date I have not received the items purchased.

I have emailed them 4 times now requesting an update, they have not responded nor have they returned any phone calls.

Oustanding - SD Bullion is the best company in the business.

I recently started buying gold and silver for the first time. I placed multiple orders with both SD Bullion and JM bullion, as I didn't know if the services differed.

Well, SD Bullion has already shipped my products - whereas JM Bullion is still under payment processing. Again, the orders were placed the same day - and the funds from both companies were taken from ACH the same day.

In retrospect, I wish I had only ordered from SD Bullion (I spent the same dollar amount at each). They're on top of it - the best in the business - total professionalism.

Highly recommend.

Offer super coins at fair prices, and ships lightning fast. One of the best in the business.

I have dealt with five different bullion companies. None compare to SD bullion's service. They are responsive, have excellent pricing, offer a deal each week and over-deliver on what they promise. If you want a company you can rely on SD Bullion is that company. I have also found that they have excellent youtube videos that I find most helpful. I highly recommend them.

My most recent shopping experience with SD Bullion, was truly brilliant. They surely went above and beyond my previous expectations. The products were in excellent condition, the price was fair, and most importantly; I received my property in a very short amount of time. I will definitely be doing future business with SD Bullion. For what it's worth, I strongly encourage others to do business with them as well. Great customer service in which SD Bullion has to, verily verily I say unto you.

I have made quite a few purchases from SD Bullion. Shipping time reasonable. Quality always as expected or better. Plan on more investing with SD bullion in the future.

I always check several coin web sites before buying. SD Bullion is usually my choice because of lower prices, more options, better quality. I have bought numerous items from SD Bullion and have always been extremely please with their products, service and shipping speed. I will continue to purchase from SD Bullion when I "need" to obtain more coins.

I have made multiple purchases from SD Bullion over the past few years. I have found their products to be "as described" and their shipping to be prompt. I don't recall ever having to contact their customer service over any issue, so I can't comment on that. I'm sure that I will continue to be a customer of theirs in the future.

SD Bullion is trying to collect on a 5 minute phone call for a quote for Gold during the height of the Covid19 Pandemic, complete blood suckers
I contacted SD Bullion for a quote for gold and it was the worst mistake I have ever done in my life, this was at the height of the Covid19 pandemic and we were about to begin a lockdown. This company has been completely unprofessional in trying to settle this and how now sent me to collection OVER NOTHING, nothing ever changed hands and they are using scare tactics to try to collect on absolutely thin air. I refuse to be bullied into this and plan to expose all their thug practices over social media if they do not remove me from collections.

We have come to an solution that we both agree upon

I never have to doubt the products authenticity. Alot of the products have a great value for the price. I just wish they had more products.

I recently purchased my first silver ever from SD Bullion.
The online purchase process was seamless and efficient.
I am very pleased with the experience and the product, which arrived today.
I think they now have a new long term customer!

I purchased a product online. Claiming Payment Bounced and are now charging a large fee.

I tried to make a purchase from them 03/07/20 for $500. I was notified that my payment was received on 03/10/20 and then later on 03/16/20 showing that it wasn't. I asked that they cancel my order. I was told I needed to call to cancel which I felt was quite ridiculous and while working full time, I could not call in during their business hours. After several emails back and forth and several calls later, I found that they are claiming my payment bounced. This was never expressed prior and my account had ample funds to take care of this. They are now charging $175 for a cancellation fee. I offered to repay for the order or place a new order for the equivalent value which I felt was more than fair. They refused and stated I would have to pay this ridiculous fee or it will be sent to collections.

I have purchased thousands of dollars in bullion from their competitors (***), not to mention several orders from them previously. I never had an issue like this nor such inflexible customer service when trying to resolve the situation. I am very saddened by this experience and feel taken advantage of by very unfair/predatory terms of their sales. Buyer beware. I fully believe that in these financially uncertain times that they wanted to sell my product for a higher value since premiums increased since my order and they want to collect a fee to bolster the bottom line.

I will not include SD Bullion as reliable supplier in my recommendations to customers and hobbyists.

Desired Outcome

I would simply like the cancellation charges to be dropped or allow me to finalize payment of the original order to receive the originally ordered product. Another possible solution would be to drop the cancellation fee in exchange for a new order of similar value. These are all reasonable requests. Especially the latter when considering spot prices are lower but their premiums are higher than what I would have paid on the original order. I am simply seeking a remedy where I am not being taken advantage of by their predatory terms and conditions that is requiring me to pay a ridiculous fee for no product.

Customer placed order on 3/7/2020, paid with echeck, customer was emailed on 3/16, called on 3/19, emailed on 4/24, to try to collect the payment that was due but never came through. Customer did not respond until we cancelled order on 4/3/2020 and assessed cancel fees of $175. Then reduced and offered a settlement on 4/17/2020. Customer called and refused to pay cancel fee 5/4/2020.

SD billion has reached out to me directly and dropped the fees. This is an acceptable response.

Company trying to charge me a cancellation fee of 6k for an order I did not make.
Contacted company after receiving an email stating they wanted a wire transfer payment to be made. Explain to customer service that I had not placed this order. Employee extremely rude and unwilling to provide me with any useful information to resolve this issue. Called me a liar and told me they were going to send me to collections. Received another email today threatening to send me to collections. will be handing it over to my attorney tomorrow to take a look. I never made this order. Would like them to remove my information And clear my account.

Desired Outcome

As I have already explained I did not make this order and would like this account cleared from my name. I would never wire transfer $100,000 to a company I've never even heard of.

SD Bullion offered to speak to the police and provide any information they need to assist with the alleged identity theft and fraudulent order. A police report was to be filed and sent to us. That did not happen. All the information on the order was confirmed as their personal information, including the IP address that shows the order was placed at or very close to the delivery address on the order

Please remove my information. As stated I did not order anything from your business. The order was also canceled by your company and nothing was received making this a "non collectible account". No police report will be filed as 5 people live in this household including 3 teen foster children. How does this company feel its appropriate acting like this during a world pandemic Covid 19? Move on and clear this account...this is ridiculous. My next step will be witting as many bad reviews as possible, lets not have it come to that.

SD Bullion refused bank wire, they are now attempting to charge a cancellation fee and sending to collections.
On March 10th I attempted to make a purchase of 100 Canadian maple leaf one ounce silver coins. During this attempt I tried to pay using a bank wire transfer from my account at Alaska USA Federal Credit Union. ORDER # ***. In 48 hours when the purchase had not been verified I tried to contact SD Bullion, I was unable to do so. After 48 Hours of no response from the company, I then completed a secondary purchase using my credit card due to the company's inability to complete a wire transfer. Order # ***. Now, after the second order was delivered, they are now trying to charge me for the first order; a $2600 cancellation fee with no product delivery! After refusing my payment, and no contact, I assumed it was cancelled, after all, The company policy states: "If an order is declined by the verification system it is canceled"

Admit you messed up by not accepting payment and end this transaction.

After reviewing this customer's order history and the events that took place we have waived all fees that were assessed and although we would not block a wire transfer there are several other types of payments that we cannot accept like ACH or an EFT. But a traditional wire along with 8 other payment types are accepted.

SD Bullion has reached out directly to this customer to resolve this matter and would like to maintain the excellent service and products we are known for in the PM industry.

All cancellation fees were waived. Very difficult and lengthy process, as their terms of service allow them excess liberties with ALL orders. They were quite courteous throughout, yet very insistent and targeted in the transaction. Be Aware.

The 1500 silver eagles I ordered on March 9 and paid $28,560 for have not been shipped, and customer service refuses to provide actual shipping date.
I've purchased a lot of silver bullion from SD Bullion in the past and have been accustomed to quick shipping. In light of COVID-19, I know things are delayed. But this is an extraordinary delay and my order preceded the COVID-19 closures around the country. The 1500 silver eagles I ordered on March 9 and paid $28,560 for have not been shipped, and customer service refuses to provide an actual shipping date. *** is my order #. I would like these coins to be shipped this week as I have waited more than 3 weeks since my check has been deposited with SD Bullion.

Please deliver the 1,500 silver eagles and provide an actual shipping date. The "up to 15 business days" has past, and I would like additional information.

SD Bullion is doing the best; like the rest. These are extreme times and the supply chain is also, the mines are shutting down. Privately own mines can shut down to wait out the low pricing. if you are so quick to make a good deal; buy mining stock. Your guaranteed a good return. Like I say it's extreme times now and even the mints are having a hard time. Even govern by US law, the US Mint can obey it. I have elected to take the very fine offer of buying table silver. It's up 4 or 5 dollars since I bought it but it's silver. I wish everyone luck. I'm broke and hope to cash in soon. Thank You SD Bullion. I will share my fortune when it comes. Sincerely Mr.
