DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY, BUY FROM SOMEONE ELSE!
as you can see by the last several reviews they must have QC issues, ordered a cover for my 2016 Corvette and it wouldnt even fit, tried to stretch and is at least 6 inches or more short. Bought the most expensive one, and since I didnt put it on until I put it up for the winter they wouldnt even exhange it even though its defective or incorrect as they say in an email its a semi custom fit! it should at least cover the car, if its too big thats fine but too short... spend your money elsewhere I was going to buy 3 more, glad I didnt! !

I bought covers for Yamaha svho and svho cruiser wave-runners I do not believe they were custom fit for these machines, you can not even fuel with the cover on was smaller than the other one even tho they were the same part number, when we left on vacation the small one would not stay on and came off after we were miles down the road (never got above 40mph) The other one ripped out the whole back seam after about hours of travel Customer service was rude and not helpful and would not refund our money After calling for customer service times each time I was put on hold and then disconnected Wish I found this site before I bought them

We're not sure why the customer thinks the tracking number says the cover is shipped to MIThe tracking number clearly states that the order was shipped to Kodiak, AlaskaExactly where the first cover was shipped and exactly how the shipped address was entered when the ordered was placed [redacted] Tracking Number: [redacted] In fact here is a screenshot of the tracking results clearly stating that the cover was shipped successfully to him on Thursday, at 1:P.M.Screenshot: [redacted]

What reputable company charges you a 20% restocking fee for a product that they GUARANTEE WILL FIT!but obviously does not...just look at the attached picture of it...and it's defective!!!2)Seal Skin Covers sell poor quality, standard size covers NOT semi-custom...just look at the attached pictures and you can see for yourself how loose they fit and how the straps wear and the seam stitching frays after miles of trailering!!3) Deceptive companyIf you look at their website " [redacted] " you will notice they list two menus for returns/exchangesThe first one does not go into as much detail on the return process as does the second menu...they are being deceptive by hoping you don't read the second menu.4) Seal Skin Covers is not a respectable businessIf you check the Revdex.com for their competitors, like Empire Covers, National Boat Covers or Commercial Sewing Inc (Outer Armor) you will find they are "A" ratedHowever, Seal Skin Covers receives only a "D" rating!!! It's easy for Seal Skin Covers to say they have 1000's of satisfied customers but look at the complaints against them...fact is they have a very poor reputation!!

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: This cover is LESS than a year old The problems with the material deteriorating and tearing began over a month ago, a total of months from date of purchase They may have thousands of satisfied customers but they also have numerous complaints especially over the durability of their material That is why they have an "F" rating with the Revdex.com I am not the only customer to complain about this They company's resolution is unsatisfactory under their warranty disclaimer and protocol The company wants to offer me a (1) time courtesy replacement for my "deteriorated" cover for a new cover I have no faith on the material and workmanship that a "new" cover will last the duration and remainder of the 9+ years left under the warranty My only resolution to this company is a full refund IF the company wants the "old" cover for Research and Development to determine why their material only lasted months, then they will send me a pre-paid shipping label for the "old" cover I purchased this cover will a full understanding that the initial purchase is covered by a year warranty The company mislead myself and other customers over the warranty and their terminology "(1) time courtesy replacement"Seal Skin also does not publish or advertise of a pro-rated warranty IF the second, third or however many covers deteriorates during the warranty duration I have no further recourse with the replacement "courtesy" cover when it fails, tears or deteriorates, which goes against a warranty Please escalate this complaint to the next level as I see the company is not understanding and receptive to the customer's criticism against them In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

[redacted] is claiming the cover should last more than months yet he is contacting us over a year later [redacted] is also complaining about a new problem that was never mentioned before These covers are designed to protect the car and are impossible to damage the car in any way and according to the pictures that were sent , there was no damage to the car [redacted] has an option to replace his cover at no cost to him As a courtesy, we can also void the shipping fee for [redacted] but unfortunately we are unable to provide a refund for an order that was placed over a year ago

[redacted] [redacted] purchased our layer all weather supreme outdoor cover on June ***, and selected our free standard shipping She claims she needed her cover to arrive before a certain date but never requested for expedited shipping [redacted] chose our free standard shipping insteadThe time frame for free standard shipping takes about 4- business daysWe are unable to expedite ground shipping but we do offer expedited shipping for our customers and unfortunately [redacted] [redacted] did not choose to expedite her orderIn addition, [redacted] [redacted] claims the cover did not fit her vehicleOur covers are semi fits and unfortunately sometimes they may run too big or too smallWe offered [redacted] a free exchange and sent her a pre paid shipping label to have it exchanged as soon as possible but she refused and insisted on a refundWe tried our best to accommodate [redacted]

[redacted] Purchased our cover on November *, She contacted us a year later stating her cover has incurred damagesWe let [redacted] know she can fill out her warranty claim for a replacement under warranty She started her warranty ticket on October * She was emailed October 4th for additional information [redacted] emailed us back October *** Her warranty claim was approved on the same day , October [redacted] and in the email it stated to call in or email to verify her credit card information to process the shipping fee of $She finally got back to us weeks later on November ** with her credit card information Our warranty policy states, once a cover is returned it will be inspected for repair or replacementThe entire warranty process can take up to 2-weeksBecause of the delayed responses it took a lot longer than the timeframe indicated[redacted] l’s claim was finally approved on November [redacted] and was sent to shipping , unfortunately her exact cover was out of stockWe emailed [redacted] on November [redacted] to apologize for the inconvenience and let her know her cover was out of stock and will be arriving within the next to business daysWe also gave [redacted] an option for a bigger size cover that we can ship out right away to avoid any further delay She denied and decided to wait for her original cover We are doing the best to have this process be as smooth and as quick as possible [redacted] l’s account is on urgent ; as soon as the cover arrives we will ship out her replacement cover
