It doesn't matter how many covers sentIf covers failed (including replacements) while under warranty they should be replacedI was told by your representative that customer are only entitled to one replacement once every years, regardless of stated warrantyCovers were not abused by no means as you indicate; once the covers began to put the powdery residue on my car and failed to protect against rain, I washed them commercially using Simple Green in hope to wash out powder to no avail. Both covers failed the same way within year as has done for many of your customers (Google complaints on your company "Buy Auto Cover"). Your statement of not experiencing this sort of thing from customers is a flat out lie. I have used Kimberly Clarke covers for over years on my other cars and never had such epic failures, which makes me believe the cover material is dry rottedAs a matter of fact, your customer service person asked me if it tore, which indicates to me it is a well known problem within your companyI have serious doubt of the truthfulness and hype of your sales and customer satisfaction statement. REVIEW THE PHOTOS AND YOU CAN SEE YOUR CAR COVER HAS FAILED MISERABLY!

*** *** *** purchased a semi custom cover from our store and decided he wanted to return the cover for a refundHe claims the cover is not what he expected and was too wide on the widthOur covers are Semi custom; the best fit at the best possible price but they’re not perfect
Semi custom covers sometimes may run a bit too big or too smallWe do not advertise or sell custom fit covers.We have a simple policy which is clearly stated on the website as well as on the sales receipt that says we will help return the cover and even pay for the shipping for a refund but a 20% restocking is applied to help clean up, repackage and re stock the itemMost of our competitors even charge for shipping

I tried *** to get my refund but they could not track the package with the tracking number I gave them, don't know why, I couldThey refused because of thisSealskin sent the refund after a month of my efforts to get it backYour involvement likely helped as after just one word from you and a further action phone call on the same day proved too much for these crooks*** would dispute the claims made by Sealskin covers if they could legally do soThank you very much, I'm positive your involvement helped speed up this long , long processPlease spread the word about the criminal intent that these people are using as company policy concerning customer serviceI wish they were put out of business, customers don't deserve to be treated this way, it is as unprofessional as I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with.

Seal Skin Covers wants the consumer to believe they make a tight fitting, quality cover and have attempted to pick apart my complaint about their product. However, my complaint is 100% valid and I have the pictures and emails to prove it!I have bought various covers for a variety of vehicles for 38+ years…I know the difference between a custom cover, semi-custom and standard sized covers. I have bought over covers throughout the years from various suppliers (Empire Covers and Commercial Sewing products I would recommend)…and never had a complaint with any of themHowever, this Seal Skin Cover is the worst, and the company that sells them should not be in business!! Take a look at the picture I took of itAfter miles of “trailering” in the bed of my truck, this is what you get!!You can easily see how loose it fits, and you can also see I have all the straps securely fastened. Look at how the flapping started to wear through the strap, and the stitching frayed around the fuel doorYou decide for yourself if this is a snug-fitting, semi-custom, quality cover…and remember, if this happens to you, they will charge you a 20% restocking fee for their mistake and defective product!! NOT a quality cover or company. Still not sure? Google “Seal Skin Cover complaints” and see the hundreds of complaints out there…unbelievable they are still in business! But wait, there’s more: the Revdex.com rating of Seal Skin Covers is a “D” (where A is best and F …is Failure). Don’t waste your time or money on them!

missing a free item that was offered as a promo and of course we are more then willing to ship out the free itemThe customer then complained about the cover and we offered to exchange the cover for a higher quality cover free of chargeThe customer then decided he wants a refund and of course that is fine as wellWe even send a prepaid return label to have the item ship back to us so we can issue the refundThe customer refuses to work with our staff even though we're doing the best we can to helpIf the customer wants a refund thats totally fine but we need the item shipped back to usWe are here ready to help on what ever the customer would like to do

Nothing on that website says that business is no longer in business. They purchased the company. They should be honoring the warranty. If I had an outstanding balance I'm sure they would be collecting on that
