first off let me say thank you to the customer service team because I was very skeptical about this in the beginning. I was constantly calling for updates to make sure things were really happening for me and I wasn't being duped. every representative I spoke to was very professional they never lost their patience with me. (sorry I was such a pest). in the end I have no regrets this was a great service with a great staff.

before I signed up with student education center I had no idea how to get my loans out of collections. I have been putting them off for years. Hugo my agent assured me they could help not only to get my loans out of collections but also to consolidate my loans into a forgiveness program. I am happy to say my loans are no longer in collections yay! :)

Months and months and years of paying the same amount felt like I was trapped and I couldnt do anything about it. When I got the paperwork of what I was approved for as my payments I was shocked and happy. I've said it before but once again THANK YOU.

Not only that but reduced my payment to something I can actually pay every month.

I spoke to Duane about getting my loan documents prepared and filed to get a lower monthly payment. He was very thorough and walked me thru the process. Great full to have an affordable payment now.

At first my original monthly payment was way to high for me, but when I spoke with William he made it clear how the program works and was straight forward assisting me into getting my payments lowered down. My new monthly payments are now affordable and I would recommend him to anyone in need of help.

My student loans were very frustrating to handle and deal with. When I spoke with Adam he assisted me with consolidating all my loans into an income driven repayment program and helped me save as much money as I could since my payments were just too high. He gave me updates throughout the process and kept in communication with me of what was needed for the loan consolidation.
