I do not accept this response because the third party verification team is being too shady on their part as to not even explaining as to why, out of millions of people, they reject my and only my order attempts, regardless of which payment method I useI felt that I'm being marked as a criminal, because these so-called competitors they suggested have also cancelled my orders for no good reason and for mostly the same excuse as this oneI don't know what's up with third party verification teams or anything, and I don't know why they won't change their minds and why I'm not allowed to speak to it directlyThis is a reason why this business has low ratings and it doesn't surprise me as to why there's been countless complaints against this company now.if your competitors are something like [redacted] , ***, or [redacted] , there's no chanceI've yet to file a complaint on them, too, when I think about it right nowNow my only reliable options for gift cards are always the full price ones, and it's because of those that I've lost so much money in the past few months even buying at minimum.to end this response, I stare that I absolutely cannot accept this response, and that now because it seems that you as a company doesn't even want to bother fixing the standards or even discussing with the third party group, I now ask for compensation in moneyThe amount I request would be equal to the total value of gift cards in all my purchase attempts on your websiteIf you don't want to agree to this, then do discuss this with your third party team and tell me what I need to do in order to be able to purchase from your site

This business does not seem to take seriously the nature of the problems that it has caused and could have causedHad I not had sufficient cash on me to cover the cost of the purchase at the restaurant that should have covered by the gift card that was sold to me I could have been arrestedAlthough I am not a lawyer, there is a term in the law called expectation interestI expected the gift card to perform as per what was sold to meDue to the nature of the non performance I was out of pocket $due to the negligence of Gift card ZenHad the agreement been performed as promised, I would not be entitled to the damages, my out of pocket expense due to the non performance of the card that was sold to me.It is very nice that they are very sorry but that does not mitigate the fact that I was terribly embarrassed and could have been arrested had I not had sufficient cash to pay for their mistakeHad I been arrested, you can be sure that this would have been a very serious breach that would have resulted in a very costly lawsuit against Giftcard Zen.? This $is strictly a matter of principle to meThis company has no principles otherwise they would have stepped in and made this rightI will escalate this to a Federal complaint

This response is pure jibberish.It says nothing and then they offer to help.? Help with what, rejection of another purchase attempt?? It looks like a certainty that GiftCard Zen is either selling items that they do not own or a scam operation fishing for personal information, probably for identity theft.? This condescending attitude sure seals the deal.? As fate would have it, after filing this Revdex.com complaint, my credit card company sent me an email warning me about possible fraudulent activity involving GiftCard Zen.? That email is attached.? Listed after the verbiage were transactions by GiftCard Zen as well as legitimate traScam, scam, scam.? BEWARE!!!Next step is contacting the Arizona Attorney General.? ?

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: When you rent a storage facility or an apartment on a month to month basis, it is implied that when you give proper notice that any month or month paid in advance will be returned if proper notice to vacate was given I talked to several different storage facilities about this matter and all said they had the same phrase in their contract BUT it would not be enforced the same way Secuself storage is enforcing theirs For instance, one storage facility said their NO REFUND policy was designed to protect them in this type in instance: a space was rented for a month to hold furniture while apartment hunting but after days the renter said they found a place and wanted the rest of their funds back Totally different situation than mine All the storage facilities said that the way Secuwas enforcing their policy was unethical and immoral and might even be illegal This strategy is probably a big money maker for them because so many people pay multiple months so they don't forget to make the payment each month Remember, no matter what, IT IS ALWAYS ABOUT MONEY.Sincerely, [redacted]

Re: Claim # [redacted] In response to the customer’s complaint in regards of the $move in those storage units are for our 5xsizes only and the customer’s has a 10xstorage unit that he rent’sI have attached a copy to show that the customer rent that size of storage unit at that facility.I also have attached our OCCUPANTS NOTICE TO VACATE RENTAL AGREEMENT TERMINATION which states in paragraph two that I/we will UNLOCK THE UNIT and will have vacated the unit no later than 9:30amAs of the date 11-22-the lock was still on the storage unitWith the lock still being on the storage unit we have no idea whether or not that the customer has vacated the storage unit because we can’t verify that the storage unit is empty I have also attached notes on all the times we have tried contacting the customer to resolve the issue.Secure It Self StorageJeremy T [redacted] District ManagerSecure It Self Storage

Attached is a copy of the email that I am still waiting on a response from Giftcard Zen Inc? The email was sent to the same email address that provided the Revdex.com? And according to there website, customer service answers the phone 8am to 4:30pm, I left a message and still waiting on a reply to that as well? ? [redacted] ***

? This is unacceptable.? We purchased a series of gift cards and expect that the advertised value of said gift cards is exactly what we receive.? We were in line at Lowe's and completely embarrassed and caught off guard when our balance fell short of $482.? Yelp reviews by numerous consumers confirm that this is a standard practice of GCZ and for them to brush off consumer complaints with some canned statement is utterly unacceptable.? GCZ advertised a product for sale at a certain value.? We did not receive the product we purchased and had to come out of pocket in the amount of $52.? Had we known this beforehand, I could have gone through another website and prevented this from happening.? We want our $refunded so that we are made whole.? This was not OUR fault.? We should NOT be out $for something that is NOT our fault.? GCZ needs to do the right thing and reimburse us our $52.? I want this escalated to the owner and not a random "Hero of Happiness" because they obviously do not care about their customer's happiness

Better Business Bureau: I have tried to contact you via phone and left a voice message? In that message I stated that the business contacted me minutes after I filed the complaintThey made reference to the contents of my complaint but did not reference the complaint itself, telling me they could not issue a refund, I would need to continue to recoup money by filing the charge as a fraudulent charge (in my phone message to the business I said nothing about a refund)? The next day the business made contact with me again, this time referencing my complaint to Revdex.com, they stated they would issue an immediate refund, hours later the refund went through my bank.It is my belief that it is because of my contact with you and in turn your contact with the business, that resolved my issue?
