Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I was never told or sent anything stating their policies first of allAlso it says in contract they cover parts and labor and I had to pay for labor Also they charged for the month of service and for the partWhy did I pay for the month of service if I had to pay for part also? I ask specifically when I took contract out if they pay for parts and labor he said yes and if it couldn't be fixed it would be replaced and I would only pay the $deductibleI have had another home warranty for years and I always only pay deductible no matter what they didThat's why I ask that before I took this I only switched companies because the man said they have repair people in lowell ,in that they use for repairs and that is close to homeHe also said they would respond within 2- hours after request for repairI didn't hear from anyone for several days and after they called it was still a couple more days before repairman came out This alone is them breaching this contract and the advertising they do alsoI would like my refund for $I paid for labor and the $for the month or $ for the partI should not have paid for the part and the deductible Also I didn't know about their cancellation policy being I didn't get a contract until after I complainedThank you, [redacted] Regards, [redacted] ***

The customer placed a claim for and ac that turned out to be freon leakThe policy does these types of issuesWe did try to contact the customer however they are demanding $and they hung up on us
