I wanted to let you know that the account made good on my complaint Thank you very much for your help and input I really appreciate it I received my money yesterday

Select Home Warranty has not heard from the customer since May when we initially sent the reimbursement for the Hot Water Heater, where they stated that they were not going to sign the agreement.The customer placed their first claim on 01/06/for leaking shower handle we stated to the customer that they do not have optional coverage for plumbing fixtures We then received an invoice for a garage door repair, but, there was no claim placed for it, we were unable to cover a claim that repairs were already done.On 03/29/we sent the customer an email stating that their policy had expired and informed them that we are no longer covering that area.The customer stated we gave them two free months and we did but we are no longer working in that are due to lack of technicians.The customer stated that they have an issue with a hot water heater we advised to send in the invoice we would see if there is anything that we can do, we offered the customer a reimbursement.We were told that the customer wanted their lawyer to review the Terms of Agreement, we sent the form and have not heard from the customer since then.The customer did not return the reimbursement form and their policy has expired and the two free months have expires as well

The customer contacted Select Home Warranty and has worked with us to resolve the matter, we have sent a reimbursement for in the amount of 200.89, once it is returned we will expedite the payment process

Select Home Warranty contacted the customer on 2/16/at 6:pm via phone and email to contact us regarding their cancellation, we still have not heard from the customer in regards to finalizing their cancellation.The customer placed a claim on 2/13/we had some one at this home on 2/16/2015, we spoke to the customer ans advised how our policy works and the customer requested to cancel In order for Select Home Warranty to resolve issues the customer must be willing to allow us to speak to them and offer solutions, the customer did not give us that opportunity and has still not contacted us to finalize the cancellation.Select Home Warranty has addressed may heating issues with customers in the areas where there have been freezing temperatures and we did experience a shortageof availability of technicians int that area due to the overwhelming calls, but, we did get someone to the customer s home and we did advise the customer he could havethe repairs done and submit the invoice for review as his family and home is the main concern and we would move on from there, the customer chose not to have the repairs done and subject himself and others in the home to the harsh conditions.Select Home Warranty would be more than happy to resolve every case, and do so fast, but we are a warranty company just like an insurance company, and thereare guidelines that we do have to follow.The customer is refusing to contact us, and we will process the cancellation at a pro- rated amount, as per the Terms of Agreement that the customer, reviewed, initialed,signed and sent to us

Per the diagnosis received Sediments are not covered under our contractThe customer was however approved as a courtesy towards the repairs of their claim which was $That is the maximum allowance we will provide for this claim as the customers claim is deniedThey were offered a courtesy approvalNo additional funds due at this time

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: These are not clear limits in the slightest Stating that they only cover an item with years of maintenance records is impossible and that is known to this company New home owners will not EVER have access to this on any item that is covered with a home warranty This is an extremely shady and dishonest effort at doing business by this "warranty" service company Regards, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: They told me they would ONLY refund the premium to the previous owners, not me and I was told by separate agents from their company on separate times that I was covered, The contract is not clear what is or isn't coveredNot to mention the fact that since they refused to cover my claim and I did some checking, I found several other complaints similar to mine on homewarrantyreviews.com, All of the negative ones have been greyed out but you can still read themI believe something needs to be done to protect other home owners from believing they have full coverage when in deed they do notPlease stop this company from preying on others as he did myself and the countless other prior to me

I have notated the account that the customer does not wish to renew their contractThey will no longer be receiving calls from our officeUnfortunately we cannot reimburse the customer for their service call fee as again this was not paid to us but to the technicianIf the customer wishes to obtain a second opinion with respects to their claim they can hire their own technician and submit a diagnosis for reviewNo additional funds due at this time

The check was in my mailbox last night when I got home from work & I did deposit itThanks so much for your help!

Per the diagnosis received from the technician it was determined that maintenance records and pictures were required to review the customers claimThe customer submitted maintenance records which were not validTherefore, the customer has been approved for the maximum allowance on their claim which is $

Select Home Warranty has issued the full refund on 04/06/back to the customers credit card

We did speak with the customer and have set up an appointment with a technician to go out

Just look at the pictures I have uploaded from under my sinkI have my daughter here breathing in this mold This has been going on for months I also had to pay some money to RTP heating and cooling dollars to fix my AC and the company did not pay him anything so he calls me for the balance We were in our home for months in the summer without air conditioning They didn't do anything for me at all until I had to get the Revdex.com involved and still have to by my own dishwasher I want this moldy wood fixed and my money back I would not be in this situation if they did not send the company called fix and go (who went out of business due to terrible service and numerous complaints) Fix my wood and give me my money back..This company is total rip off They take your money and don't fix anything...we are getting sick from this mold Next step will be getting a lawyer involved Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Regards, [redacted] ***
