From the project coordinator, Michael C***, to the installersMichael answered all of our questions and walked us through the process step by step The installers were awesome; all of them had GREAT attitudes, answered all questions, and went above and beyond our expectations For example, they painted the conduit to match the house (I see many instillations that leave it silver and it looks horrible), they sealed up any cracks I had on my roof joints (they didn’t have to) and replaced several broken tiles at no extra cost That is what I call first class service! I highly recommend these guys if you are looking at installing Solar I am already saving money on my electric and once it is paid off, no electric bill! Oh yeah, I am active duty, they gave a discount for this as well
Semper came through on every promise made throughout the entire process, from estimating through completionThey were quick to address every question and concern I had as installation proceeded, and I had several as I am a very hands on customerI also had some extra requests with ventilation that they took care of at no chargeWhen work was complete they made sure I was absolutely satisfied with everything and took care of every item on my punch list in a very timely manner and with no push backMy project coordinator Laura Vargas was exceptionalShe always picked up the phone and made it happen when I called

Sempar Solaris did an excellent job from start to finish We knew our roof needed replacing because it was years old and we were considering solar *** ***, the senior energy and roof consultant, was a pleasure to work with She was experienced, extremely knowledgeable, and explained our roofing and solar options to us in layman's terms The roofing experience was also great Our roofing crew (***, ***, *** and ***) were polite, hard workers, and very considerate in keeping our property clean and neat There was some minor damage to our porch cover during the roofing installation, and it was resolved immediately The solar crew did not disappoint either *** K(foreman), *** Y(roof lead), ***, *** and *** were equally as professional as the roofing crew *** went the extra mile and painted the metal rod running down the side of house to match the paint of our exterior We could not have been happier with all of these employees of Semper Solaris and would highly recommend this company for your roofing and solar needs Their prices were also extremely competitive I have already recommended them to our neighbors who are considering solar

AND...finally, he thought it was important that I work with a company that was also a roofing company which they areWhen I met my sales rep, Genevieve ***, she really blew me away with her extensive knowledge of the programs, products and other companies out thereShe really knew her stuff and was honestly the primary reason that I went with this company and I'm soooooo glad that I did! She had her competition on lock down but at the same time she was NOT pushy!
