Having recently relocated to the Southern California area, having solar panels installed on our house was a top priorityAfter searching many Solar companies and talking to as many people as we couldWe chose Semper Solaris for our solar installationOur project coordinator Michael LC*** walked us through every step of the processHe and his team were extremely helpful in making sure our concerns were answeredThe installation itself went greatThe installation team did a wonderful job ensuring the conduit runs were as minimally visual as possible While our system has only been in since December, we are happy and glad we chose Semper Solaris
After interviewing three other solar companies I had Joshua come out .Joshua walked the property with me and we discussed my optionsI didn't want the panels on the house roof .I wanted them on my barn.Joshua was the only salesman that said it was possible.I heard everything I wanted to hearI was kept in the loop ,by Billie Jean *** and Jim *** ,right down to the moment I was able to see my system producing on my laptopIt was an unexpected pleasure talking to Billie Jean and doing business with Semper Solaris I made the right choiceRod and Linda ***

Ok, so its been a couple weeks and the solar system installed by Semper is performing beautifullyThrough the whole process John R*** kept us in the loop of all the stages and helped with any questions we hadAlex and the rest of the install team was professional and courteous even helping us map out our roofing studs for another project plannedJosh A*** inspected the system before the county came out to make sure everything was in order, we passedThe time to install from signing the contract was maybe two weeks and we were up and running in less than a monthThanks to everyone at Semper for a job well done at the best price!
I am a retired homeowner and I'm on a fixed income and was sick and tired of my bill going up and down and not being able to budget for it I've been shopping for solar for the past months (met with companies) and after meeting with Rhami, I felt the most comfortable with him and his proposal He was clear and concise in explaining everything to me and made it easy to understand He told me he would send my proposal within hours and he sent it that same day which showed me that my project mattered to him It was easy to say Yes! He even came back over to meet with me again and iron out my last concerns Rhami was available though out the installation process and answered any questions I had The whole process was faster than expected (weeks) The crew was on time and picked up after themselves and my solar system was installed in day Very efficient! Very happy with my American made solar system from Semper Solaris!

Meet with Mike from semper and was very well versed on all aspects of solar both purchase and lease we decided on purchase the install crew was very professional and curtious very fast install and permit thru operation I don't know how well the system is performing yet as have not received first Edison bill yet but meter is running backwards for sure

1) They only offer Sunpower panels and inventory was readily available
2) Everything was handled in-house; no subcontractors
3) Most importantly, I had several references to specifically work with Genevieve Johnson Genevieve has been in the solar industry for many years and is not only super knowledgeable but she is quick to respond, patient and can help explain the process, equipment and solar/power delivery in layman’s termsI trusted her and ultimately signed on the dotted line because I knew she believed in her product and that it was going to be a good investment for me now and in the future!
Although Genevieve was there any time I needed her, I also had John R*** as my customer care contactHe did a great job of keeping me informed along the way and was prompt in responding to my questions
I also want to give a shout out to my electrician, John, who worked onsite during installationHe was GREAT! Very informative and respectfulHe even had the inside scoop when it came to passing inspections in my town, La MesaLa Mesa is notorious for having extremely high expectations and he knew exactly what to do to make sure there were no glitchesWe passed with flying colors thanks to him! The job was finished in 2-days and my system was on roughly days after that
So far, I am very happy with my system that has been on for just over a monthI LOVE the App that shows me every day how much power I am producingSo far, so good!
From the initial meetings with Caesar Lour sales rep, thru the site survey, permits, installation and final approval, the project manager and his crew were the absolute best.
We've been considering solar for several yearsAfter a number of interviews with different companies, Semper was by far the BESTI look forward every day to coming home and seeing how each panel performed during the day
The folks at Seller Solaris are greatWhat can I say but "top knotch"We felt as if we were their only customer from start to finish
