This is my second year of having the service agreement with this company, on my last service Samual E*** was here and did a very thorough job and very pleasant I mentioned I would like to do some zoning he immediately got on the phone and contacted the company and set up a time for Mike S*** to come out and go over the details of what could be done, Mike set it up I needed a little abatement work done which he also set up with Servpro, that work was done very quickly and the following day service champions sent two very knowledgeable hard-working employees Juan L*** and Carlos out to carry out the jobThey showed up right on time and worked extremely hard and nonstop the entire day to be able to finish up by six that eveningI am very satisfied and would definitely refer this company and any of the employees that I have dealt with they are for sure a five star company including the employees in the office, thank you for another job well done *** ***

David N was my technician and he did a thorough and outstanding jobHe came for a yearly heater service, but found a potential dangerous condition inside the heaterHe called the heater company for me to check it the warranty was still good, and it wasHe ordered the part, picked it up and installed itHe rechecked everything, adjusted as necessary to be sure everything was working safely and efficientlyAnd he explained everything he was doing throughout the jobLastly, David called on his supervisor to recheck everything to be sure all was safe and working wellCould not be happier with results of service
My technician requested that Omar E (A supervising tech) accompany him for a final inspection and some troubleshooting on my heater Omar was very knowledgeable and checked out the heater quickly and thoroughly, explaining everything completely

*** showed up on time, presented himself well, and went straight to workHe finished his assignment, explained his findings to my satisfaction, and was on his way He was pleasant and polite at all timesI give him a "10' any time!

Eric A & Roberto R did a thorough and excellent job with our air ductsThey communicated with us often about what they were doing and reported what they saw and didThey asked where we wanted the smoke detectors placed before placing themEric taught us how to control our airflow and gave us advice on how to direct air to certain areas of the house we wanted coolerThey worked hard, quickly, and left the house cleanThank you!

My experience with this company has been first class There have been several parts to the process and all have been beyond superior I worked with Brian Penilla, Jack Berekoff and two other gentlemen who put in my insulation and gave me a business card but I can't locate it right now so could you please look it up All were professional, courteous and knowledgeable Very pleasant to work with and just substantiated my belief in the integrity of this company of which I have been a member for many years Good job guys, as usual!!!

Installation was very professional Took great care not to damage the house interior or get it dirty Showed up on time and worked diligently to complete the job quickly Always willing to answer questions, and made clear what was being done and why Explained the workings of the AC unit and always asked permission before undertaking any activities that might affect the household routine Provided after care contact information and explained what happens next with the permitting process

I've had my central air and heater for more than six months and it works great! Service Champions is a great company with excellent service We have the maintenance plan, for several years, and they installed new AC units last year Trent and all other technicians have been wonderful, helpful, knowledgeable and patient I give them my highest recommendation for trustworthiness, value and quality
