Service Champions has been flawless in their sales and service of our heating and cooling systems. Every young man who has come to our home has been courteous and respectful, and is armed with information to answer any questions that we may have.

We were having an intermittent problem with our furnace not working.
Last year we called another company to repair the problem. They could not find anything wrong, charged me a service call and left.
This year the problem surfaced again.
We called Service Champions. [redacted] showed up on time (early actually). He was very friendly and professional.
He cleaned and serviced our furnace, found a faulty part, replaced it and changed our filter for us.
He explained exactly the work that he was doing throughout the process.

[redacted], Service Champions Heating & Air Conditioning Service Representative was so clear in introducing himself and what each detail he was reviewing was and why it had to be covered. He showed me results and explained reason for such result, also how to correct it if it needed to be done or not.

[redacted] is very detailed in his work and ensures top quality service to the customer. He ensures that all questions are adressed properly and that the customer is satisfied before leaving their house. He provides information on the work that he performed and goes over the tune up results. I will always request for [redacted] to come perform all services and tune ups at my house!!!

In general, I am very happy with Service Champions. I signed up with them after getting frustrated with my previous company and things have been great ever since. My A/C has been on its death bed for a while now and Service Champions has helped me keep it going. They've always been on-time, friendly, respectful and very clear on what needs to be done and how much it will cost. He had all the parts, was clear on the minimum that needed to be done vs. the recommendations of what should be done. He took the time to answer my questions and was super helpful. Service Champions are great in general, concerned about clients (their warmth, in our case). Today [redacted] B. came out and solved our problem. He was knowledgeable, efficient, neat, and sympathetic. I have typically had good experiences with them, as I have a regular service agreement with them. Thank you, [redacted]!

[redacted] installed a new air conditioner for us. They were on-time, courteous and professional. My thick, white [redacted] carpet was clean as a whistle when they were done. [redacted] even attached my old air conditioner cover to the new one - an extra touch that I very much appreciated.
We've been customers for 15 years and enjoy their regularly scheduled maintenance, too.
