We were having an intermittent problem with our furnace not working.
Last year we called another company to repair the problem. They could not find anything wrong, charged me a service call and left.
This year the problem surfaced again.
We called Service Champions. [redacted] showed up on time (early actually). He was very friendly and professional.
He cleaned and serviced our furnace, found a faulty part, replaced it and changed our filter for us.
He explained exactly the work that he was doing throughout the process.

We had [redacted] come to our home to give his opinion/estimate of our current HVAC unit and WE agreed it was on its way out. He was very professional and personable and have no problem referring him or his Company to our neighbors or other family members.

unable to complete a portion of the home due to storage, but will do so in a couple of months when we will have back to complete the entire process. He is a true asset to his company. We give him a A+ for his work.

We have been doing business with Service Champions in the Sacramento area for several years and their service continues to be excellent. They arrive as scheduled and complete work promptly. Unlike the previous heating and air contractors with whom we've worked, we have never had to call Service Champions back to redo or finish work.

We are very pleased with the courteous and cheerful service [redacted] provided today. He got our furnace running quickly, inspected it for other problems, cleaned the motor, replaced a worn-out part, and answered all our questions.

[redacted] installed a new air conditioner for us. They were on-time, courteous and professional. My thick, white [redacted] carpet was clean as a whistle when they were done. [redacted] even attached my old air conditioner cover to the new one - an extra touch that I very much appreciated.
We've been customers for 15 years and enjoy their regularly scheduled maintenance, too.

I have experienced three appointments with Service Champions Sacramento and I have been very pleased and impressed with their service. Today, I met [redacted] who inspected my furnace and air conditioner and Hot water heater. [redacted] was very thorough and very professional. I really enjoy doing business with Service Champions Sacramento.

Technician [redacted] did an excellent job examining my AC system and identifying potential problems with my 16 year old system. He explained the details of their annual maintenance package and any discounts for repairs made while under the maintenance package.

When my furnace failed to start Service Champions were responsive to my call and set up an on site visit for the following day. They kept me informed of the technician's ETA and he arrived promptly. [redacted] was very knowledgeable and thorough and was able to troubleshoot and fixed all the issues (which included a burned out circuit board). He also checked all the ducting and offered some valuable tips on insulation and energy use. Good value and great service. I recommend Service Champions.
