My furnace quit working and I called serviceone They came within hours
and had my furnace fixed by noon *** was very helpful The service call amount
was within reason, but the price of the part needed, I thought was too high He got it
from *** and they really stick it to you When I have to replace my furnace, it won't
be a ***

*** was very thorough and explained exactly what he was doing and why He was very courteous, well groomed and professional

Called Service One on a Friday afternoon because my furnace was making a noise like something was bending inside of it when it was shutting off I told them it was no hurry because I had heat but they still came the next morning *** listened and determined it was just the duct that flexing due to the release of air flow He suggested that I open all of the vents in the house That has helped and is not as loud as it was but it is still does itHe said I may have to but a cross brace on it

I had *** and *** come out to fix a part on my refrigerator They were timely, polite, knowledgeable and very quick with the repair They made sure to explain things to me as they went, and showed my the part that had gone bad They were both very personable and I enjoyed having them in my home

The ServiceOne technician was able to trouble shoot the problem right away He has been to our house before and could remember what he had done on that previous service call I would recommend ServiceOne and that technician to anyone
